I placed an online order so that I could swing by and grab my wrap during my lunch break. I literally got there 40 minutes after I placed my order,(because no matter what ASAP gets you a 30 minutes wait) and for some reason my burrito was still not ready. I asked and they politely stopped what they were doing and completed my order. However, I paid online disclosing all my card info and was expecting to be able to grab my burrito and go…(remember I was just on a break) instead they proceeded to usher me to the register where they insisted on running my card?! I explained that I had paid online and they said that they didnt charge me? Not sure how that was possible, but the employee shows me a print out of my order and it literally had all my card info in huge bold writing plainly visible for anyone to see/steal. FULL16DIGITS&EXP&CSC!!! WTF It was not protected whatsoever any employee could pocket that info and start fraudulent charges. This was completely inappropriate to me seeing how they dont even use your card info to charge you. They make you swipe your card and pay when you get there. SUPERINCONVENIENT like it is supposed to be. This is the 3rd negative experience I have had at WW, and therefore I will not be a returning customer.

Please for the love of god don’t order anything here that’s not a wrap. I’m looking at all these 1 star Unilocal reviews where people ordered kung pao chicken, miso soup, teriyaki bento box and I’m like why? Why would you write a review on a non-wrap item at a place called World Wraps? Would you go to a pizza place and review them based on their chicken wings? Anyways, I haven’t had the non-wrap items. To be honest, I didn’t even know you could order anything besides a wrap here. But I’m not surprised that their non-wrap items are mediocre. Their wraps are pretty dang good though, especially considering it’s mall food. Some of their wraps can be healthy, their wraps are flavorful, and their wraps are unique. This isn’t some Chipotle rip off. Can you get spicy Polynesian pulled pork burritos at Chipotle? Hell no. I’m glad this place exists because it’s a nice change of pace from the norm. But their customer service and food construction is very hit and miss, which is why it isn’t a 4 star. Sometimes the wrap doesn’t seem to have enough stuff in it, or sometimes it’s just assembled like a mess. But as far as food court options go it’s still better than average.

Expensive for mall food, but healthy for mall food, so that’s the trade off. I had Thai Chicken wrap without chicken, it was super tasty. Hubby had steak burrito he said it conquered his hunger(not fabulous, but not horrible). The smoothies were great, mango and also a berry smoothie were pretty good.

Omg so bad. Don’t eat here. You should just go to Safeway and eat premade food there. The kung pao chicken was like dog poo. Or I mean dog food :) It didn’t have chicken at all despite the name. It had like 3 scraps of chicken lol. Why does it even have the word chicken in it! Weird…

The food is always satisfying and the service is fast! I would like to specifically mentioned Kiara(she worked the register) when my friend and I ordered our wraps and after one bite my friend said that her wrap was way too spicy for her liking(samurai salmon) …Kiara momentarily offered to ask her manager about making another wrap free of charge and the situation was resolved in a few minutes ! Keep up the great job, guys!

Decent fast food but I dislike how, when you pay with a credit card, they try to shame you into a big tip for a ten-second interaction with an order taker. It’s a bit aggressive.

It’s mall court food, which is never good, right? We were desperate. My boyfriend’s mom and I came here after trying to find a quick place to eat for dinner before going to an event at Nordstrom’s. Since Nordstrom’s was closing for a private event we needed to go elsewhere and because my boyfriend’s mom can’t have dairy, Beecher’s cheese, which is the best place to eat in the mall, was not going to do. So we tried World Wrapps. The entire seating area right by WW was packed and filthy. There was scraps of food on every table, including ours. When I was waiting to pick up the food, there were plates of other food that were waiting to be picked up and there were bugs flying around it. So gross! We shared a bento box with Thai Chicken. In addition to protein of your choice, it comes with white rice, potstickers, snap pea salad and a side salad. The food was blah. I pretty much only ate the side salad, which is basically a mix of romaine hearts with a vinaigrette. I would never come here again and you shouldn’t either.

First time there. Thought the customer service was so terrible. The person making our food prepared the wrong food and was throwing attitude about having to remake ours because she thought we should be happy what what we received even if it wasn’t what we ordered. She continued to glare at us while we ate our food. But that wasn’t the worst part! When I went to grab my food the guy working there was laughing and hiding in the back with my drink. He continued to laugh as he gave me the drink and I really believe they did something to our order. Please be cautious buying food from this place!

I eat here every time I come to the Bellevue mall. I turn to my boyfriend and say, «You wanna get wraps?» and he smiles back at me. Usually the line is fairly long but the turn around time for food is never more than 10 minutes. The place is called World Wrapps, so of course you have to get a wrap! This place rocks. The price is fair, in my opinion, and personally, I’ll only be able to eat half of the wrap and save the rest later. Being able to have leftovers, especially at a fast food place is awesome! I love having it for work the next day. I usually get the regular polynesian pulled pork wrap. It’s a special wrap they’ve been advertising this year and I really don’t think I would ever order anything else. It’s just too good. I’m not fond of the smoothies. The smoothies are just a bit of fruit with a lot of sorbet. Not really what I want in what is advertised as a «fruit smoothie.» I expect something more along the lines of fruit juice and actual fruit.

By far the worst customer service I have ever had coming from the employees and managers! If it wasn’t for the food I wouldn’t keep coming back(it’s decent if you ask me) but its sad being a customer that I would even settle for this type of service. For one we as customers didn’t choose this profession for you… You did! So if you don’t like your job only you can change it! Have a good day(:

Used to love World Wraps, but now understand why they have closed so many stores in the last few years… I bought the Thai Chicken wrap and replaced the spinach tortilla with flour; the rice was completely over done to the extent that it was morphed into a bland mush that diluted much of the flavor attempted by the sauces; the chicken was prepared fairly well and was still moist but halfway thru my burrito I bit into a fairly decent sized boned(fairwell to the rest of that lunch)… In addition to the already mentioned lack of care within the wrap of unpleasant wonders, I found all the onions within the second half(not a big deal), a piece of fish(not a fan) and the cherry on top was a mid-length dark hair(came out with the bite of bone and I’m a blonde)… Note that above I mentioned I only made it halfway thru the wrap!!! Yes, it seems completely over the top, unbelievably, uneasily wrong but thats my experience and I will be okay in life should I never eat there again.(No, seriously… kinda scared to ever attempt eating there again)

Since there isn’t much in the way of a food court at Bellevue Square, my mom and I found ourselves wandering looking for something to eat. We both really like wraps and wanted something somewhat light so we gave this a shot. First big downside: the kid working here didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing. He was nice, but not very knowledgable about the I got the pork wrap because that’s apparently popular with the spicy pineapple bbq sauce. It was messy, but good. The spicy sauce was MUCH spicier than I had anticipated and I kind of wish it didn’t have so many chunks of pineapple in it, but I was able to eat around them pretty easily and it was still a decent wrap overall. The meat seemed to be well cooked and was very tender. My mom got a quesadilla and she had similar comments about the bbq sauce and meat. I probably would come here again because there were other items on the menu that looked like they would be good to try.

Chicken Teriyaki Bento box. $ 9.99. Shameless portion was like 5teaspoon size chicken. Cashier asked me: For here or to go? I said for here. Look at the plate!!! Taste was horrible!!!

I ordered the regular sized(spicy) polynesian pulled pork wrap. The spice level was about a 6(out of 10… pretty mild), and the flavor level was about a 4(out of 10… eh. Once you go Thai, the flavor scale gets a lil hardcore). Seemed like there was more rice(perhaps the least expensive ingredient) than anything else in the wrap. All in all, it’s not a 5 star restaurant. It definitely is an average, nothing-special-here, just-need-something-in-my-belly to keep me going spot to stop by when your at the Bellevue Square.

I increased it by a star since they aren’t really designed to meet my expectations, but I had very little choice in Bellevue Square. Am on a diet, and I weight my food. No rice or potatoes„ no tortillas. So I ordered a «bowl» of Kung Pao chicken with no rice, very light on the sauce. When I picked up my meal, I couldn’t tell there was anything in the closed container. I weighted it ou and measuredt, there was 1.5 ounces of chicken, 4 slices of carrots, approximately 1 teaspoon of peanuts, and one teaspoon combined of onion and bell pepper. It got the job done, but certainly doesn’t feel great for $ 10, including the $ 1 tip I left before I got my food. Taste of food was OK, although veggies were somewhat crunchy, which was nice. I likely won’t go back. At least a warning of what I was about to get my go some distance towards setting my expectations. Some lettuce would have been nice to fill out a little bit of bulk.

Hungry wife &3 yr old led us to this horrific eat spot. Miso soup was cold and creamy. Yuk Salads were turning brown. Eww Chicken bowl had dried cubed chicken freezing cold Brrr Snap peas drowned in sesame seed oil. Salmon bowl be prepared for salmon bits The Potstickers weren’t bad but how can you screw them up. This place can be hazardous to your health. My bad for not checking my Unilocal app prior to sit down. Never again

Definitely won’t go again. I got the chicken curry wrap. Tasted terrible, flavor did not go well together and the wrap definitely did not work with filling.

A-OK, because there is almost no other options in Bellevue Square. Also when I ate here for the first time a couple of months ago I enjoyed it. This time around it seems like the quality was worse. I ordered a small lemon caper fish wrap with no rice. What I got on my plate 5 minutes later had only two little pieces of fish and the wrap itself was only about 4 inches long. My hope was to get more veggies to substitute the rice! The lemon caper sauce was pretty good and made this sad little«wrapling» very wet, which is fine with me, but may not be so great for others. The total for that experience was about $ 7.50 with tax. I hear that if you venture out on the streets of Bellevue you may find good food options. That’s what I will do next time I am in Bellevue Square.

It was my first time going there today, and the chicken burrito was definitely tasty! At a glance of the place it did seem like it needed some cleaning, but overall it looked clean enough for me to eat from. After working in the food industry for a while I like to consider that I have a keen eye of seeing health problems in the kitchen. I would say their kitchen was pretty cleaned but could definitely use some sprucing up. Onto the food… the chicken burrito was above average for taste, and it was perfectly rolled which is always a plus because who likes a burrito that instantly falls apart when you bite into it. The burritos had savory pieces of chicken, rice, beans, among other accessories for the burrito. I would suggest adding the cholula hot sauce to the burrito; it adds additional flavor that I think makes the burrito all that much better. Now, onto the service, the girl there was sweet and caring. She even asked me about my Red Soxs card which is cool because she showed a genuine interest in the customer. Which I think is important due to creating a culture that not only pulls in customers but also retains customer loyalty to the brand. I believe her name was Jerica, ah yes it was Jerica! She was nice and the manager should know that they have a good employee who has good energy and is genuinely caring towards customers. Overall I am satisfied with World Wrapps, and if you need a burrito or wrap that is tasty and will fill the void within your stomach then I would choose World Wrapps. I am reserving my rating to 4 due to the cleanliness could have been higher. However this could change upon further inspection in the future.

Sometimes, you just don’t have the luxury of being picky… you’re starving, in a location that’s not convenient, and too lazy to do research. You need a bite, fast. Then you choose a place that’s quick, cheap, and dirty. You wolf down your food, then reflect. And that’s when the regret sets in. Said situation happened to me today. While doing some shopping at Bellevue Square, I became in need of sustenance, so I walked on over to World Wrapps on the second floor. Sure, lines formed around other adjacent restaurants while it was empty here, but it’s ok to ignore that factor, si? I ordered the Steak Argentina Wrap, and it came out in pretty quick order(also threw in some chips & salsa since I was feeling generous at the moment). I sat down, stood my burrito upright because it was so huge, and Unilocaled a photo of it. Then began the challenge… My first bites were decent enough, as I was able to get pieces of the romaine lettuce and rice, mainly. Then I started bites of the steak. And every subsequent bite went downhill from here. The steak was borderline inedible. In a state of confusion, I chewed, wondering if the steak was leftover meat sourced from the dumpster at Safeway. It was some of the toughest steak I’ve ever tasted. What gave me an additional chuckle were the grill marks on the steak pieces. Nice try. The«authentic chimichurri sauce,» as their menu says, tasted like a salt bomb. The wrap itself was a Roma Tomato one, and that was not bad. At least it held this monster of a burrito together. After I finished ¾ of the burrito, I gave up. The highlight of the meal was the side order of chips and salsa. The chips were nice and crunchy, and the tomato corn salsa tasted fresher than the burrito. Might be actually worth ordering this side dish as its own meal. So why 2 stars, and not 1? Well, from distant memory I recall times when I enjoyed the food here. The Thai Chicken, Chicken Caesar, and Samurai Salmon wraps were decent, so I recommend opting for these, instead. Good luck, peeps.
