Vince the manager was my hero today! Trying to do a return but I lost the receipt from previous return. He made the effort to go through the store record and found it for me. Awesome customer service is what retail is about — not just all about beating last year’s sales goal. Because if you are smart, once you have the former, the latter will come

I believe Seattle has no stores carrying brandy Melville. Pacsun is my home. I not only love the brandy Melville but I love the rest of the brands. The staff is amazing the clothes are perfect and it is a great store overall.

I’m surprised I am the first reviewer! I assume this store has been here for a while but I honesty have no idea.
We went here this past weekend to purchase some flip flops for my husband as my dog chewed off one of the straps of his previous pair. He knew he wanted the brown Reefs with the bottle cap opener on the bottom — and they had them at the store in his size!
While feeling spontaneous, I decided I wanted some new tan rainbows for myself, and they had those available in my size too! So it seems like a store with a great selection.
Everything else they sell is fine, pretty much the same selection as Billabong and other surfer type stores. Or at least it appears that way to me!

The staff is helpful but this place has gone down hill if you ask me. I remember when I was 12 and would wear ONLY their clothes.
Stopped in here to try and find some board shorts for my boyfriend before our trip and granted it is Feb in Washington but they had NOTHING. I was looking to see if they had anything cute in the way of tank tops or shorts but lets just say my butt is not a «junior» size anymore.
All the styles they had in their were the loose, over sized cropped Native American themed crap that is polluting the fashion world these days. So I left disappointed but they had some cool shirts and stuff for my boyfriend.

Their merchandise is decently priced to begin with and if you know when they have sales, you get things reeediculously cheap.
I suppose from the outside it can look pretty confusing in a prep/​punk/​Ashlee Simpson kind of way, and I always promise myself I won’t buy much but I end up hauling out way more than I had planned. I think it’s okay as long as I stick firmly to the rule some people should have about American Apparel, or pink: one item per outfit, please!
Once again though, here is a place I can’t go to without getting hit on. Already I’m taken, and on top of that if I wasn’t they’re all too desperate anyways. It’s not that you aren’t cute in a way, it’s just that you’re so lame.
Really, I have a love/​hate relationship with PacSun. You have no idea how hard it was to not give them a lower rating for taking so much of my money.
