Was a panda lover up until today’s experience. I received a coupon for a free entrée and when I asked what all was included she explained that it was three entrees and said the premium items were included in the free meal. Which sounded AMAZING! After getting up to the cash register I found out that the coupon excluded the premium dishes and I ended up paying a lot more than I was willing to for a «free meal». In addition to this meal now costing a fortune, the portions were extremely small. The lady behind the counter was sampling the food so I think she took my portion and ate it. Glad I was able to pay for her lunch. And to top it all off, my fortune cookie didn’t even have a fortune.

Probably the slowest location which would be fine if I didn’t find a hair in my chow mein today. Won’t be going back, which saddens my orange chicken loving soul.

This place is always super clean and the food is always hot and fresh tasting. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. That’s all I ask of a fast food place! I got the panda bowl with white rice and orange chicken and it was the perfect combination of sweet and savory. Would recommend.

So, my SO happened to gift me a Panda Express gift card on my birthday, knowing that I sort of enjoy fast-food chain American Chinese food once in a while(I know… it’s a weird gift, isn’t it? –_-’). Plus, he never wanted to eat Panda Express, so he figured it would be a perfect gift for me to use while he’s out of town(so he isn’t forced to go eat there –_-’). So on this past weekend, I finally looked up where Panda Express is located and picked to the one in Bellevue because I’m familiar with this location. I was there actually on an early side, so the place was super clean, there was no line and I enjoyed having some food that was hot and just came out from their prep/cook line! What I find interesting was their combo was super affordable. I think a meal of rice/chow mein + 3 sides were under $ 10 including tax! Amazingly good deal! Anyways, I still have some balance in the gift card to use up… so I guess it will be a couple more meals before I decide if I want to continue coming back again :)

Decent, quick food when you need your fasian(fast Asian) food. Sometimes the selection gets low to be just lo mein or chicken and rice. Gets crowded due to its location in the mall.

This was quite possibly the least organized, slowest and all around worst panda express I’ve ever visited. I stopped here for lunch on a busy weekday, but the food had been sitting under the heat lamps for so long it had all developed a film over it. They must prepare things in giant batches that don’t move too quickly, because everything looked and tasted as though it’d been sitting out for quite a while. There was a huge wait, 15 – 20 minutes for pre-made chinese food… While I was in line, 2 separate people quit waiting and just up and left because things were moving so slowly. You come in for quick and easy food, if I wanted to wait that long I’d rather order real chinese food that’ll be made fresh and taste so much more flavorful for the same price! The only thing panda has going for it is convenience and time saving and both qualities were sorely lacking at this panda express. There were 2 girls dishing up the food and neither seemed like they had a clue what they were doing. When I ordered by the dishes name, my helper had no idea what I was talking about and I had to literally point to what I wanted, and this appeared to be a common trend as I watched other’s order after me. Secondly, the girl manning the register was so incredibly incompetent and slow. She constantly was leaving out boxes for customers or extra sauce, which either the other helper or customer was forced to point out to her. She also moved and spoke so slowly that it was obvious she was the reason for the major slow down. Panda express is a panda express, I don’t expect great food but I do come here to get in and out quickly and I was really disappointed. I’m basing my rating on this panda express in comparison to others. I don’t believe it’s fair to judge the quality based on real chinese food considering it’s a fast food restuarant.

The food is as expected from a Panda Express. The wait is typical as well. The best time to go is around 5pm before the rush. The staff is pretty quick at packing the food for customers. The customers looking and deciding on what they want is what holds up the line. The amount of food given depends on the person serving it. Regardless, a two entrée and side meal is plenty of food for me. The bowl is enough but I think is over priced considering the amount of food compared to what you get with the two entrée and one side option. I do not frequent this place. I come here for a hot quick meal or when I’m craving their kung pao chicken.

Just ok the kung pao chicken left us a lot to be desired but if your hungry then go ahead and risk the dinner crowd line of people in the mall who also wanted cheap eats the rice was just ok the staff was friendly and kind other than that its just your typical chain restaurant

Stopped in for a late lunch on Tuesday. Food is good. Typical Chinese fare. Good variety and food is tasty. Ordered fried rice, mixed veggies(half portions of each). Prawns with honey walnuts, string beans and Chicken and General Taos Chicken. Got all that and a drink for about $ 11.00 and shared the meal. Restaurant was clean and service was good and friendly. Will definitely return when I am in the area. Lots of parking available and décor is pleasant.

It’s the same generic food as always, but I think there’s actually some merit to this Panda Express. First of all, they open at 10:30AM when a lot of restaurants around here refuse to open their doors before 11:00. Fast food take out also happens to be very convenient in a mall setting, and even better is how you can get a complete meal(three entrees plus one side) for under ten dollars after tax. The food is nothing special, but I find myself eating here more often than I’d like to admit. I guess that in itself is an implicit positive review.

Today I found myself in an uncomfortable situation: I had ten minutes to grab dinner to go in Factoria and fast food wasn’t an option. I settled on Panda and I’m surprisingly glad with my choice. Those big bins of fresh produce filling the refrigerators when you walk in balance out the greasy and MSG-laden food. We got there in the middle of a rush and even still we were able to get exactly what we wanted in 6 minutes. The workers were friendly and very energetic. I love seeing the worker who is at the wok. I was happy to see the healthy favorites like broccoli beef and green bean chicken were being purchased more than the other flavors. When they run out of something at Panda they scream out what it is, and the wok man takes over to save the day in under 5 minutes flat. Keep it up! I will be back.

We came for their hot & sour soup. My spouse had a particularly stressful, tiring day and soup is her comfort food and she loves the hot & sour soup. No longer on the menu — what? Chinese food and no soup? Plus they advertise new Chinese bbq spareribs all over the restaurant. We both decide that’s what we want. Except the store is out. sigh Then to make matters even worse, I order Beijing Beef — get home and it’s tougher than all git-out. Really bad choice today to have dinner at what used to be one of our favorite spots to come for dinner. We won’t be back; I am that upset. Really hate when my wife is not happy and she(and I) was not happy tonight. Total waste of our dinner dollars. This store always seems to be out of something — I don’t get it. Perhaps their manager needs to go back to Restaurant Manager’s School and learn how to order appropriately.

My wife went into this location tonight with my hungry teenaged boy. There are six of us in our family but only my wife and son went in to order. When my wife ordered three, three entrée meals, the employe named Mitch said to my wife«do you really need all of that food?». My wife said«excuse me», and Mitch repeated, «do you really need all of that food?». My wife politely said«isn’t that the point of having a restaurant, to serve people food?» Mitch persisted to roll his eyes. Every time Mitch would ask what my wife wanted as sides, Mitch would roll his eyes at her and my son. Then, Mitch rudely said, «Why don’t you just get the family pack?» My wife politely said, «I don’t want the family pack». Mitch asked«Why not?». My wife said«it doesn’t allow me the flexibility to order what we all like» and Mitch rolled his eyes at her. I called later and asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on. I called four times and finally was allowed to speak with the manager Jess. Jess actually remembered my wife and son! You know why? Because Jess was sitting their the whole time that Mitch was misbehaving and did nothing. Jess told me that«she would talk with Mitch. I said that I have never had that happen to me in my entire life and was shocked. She said just bring in your receipt next time and she would give me one free meal. Whoopie, now I have to drive all the way out there when I never go that way… Maybe if she had comped everything it would be worthwhile. This is not the first bad experience at this place. They are always out of food and they just say«sorry, we don’t have any left.» What is the point of offering food at a restaurant on the menu of you don’t actually have the food? Really, I am never coming here again and can never recommend them to anyone. Franchise owner, if you read this, talk to your people and fix your restaurant!!!

This Panda Express has fresh food and fast service. The food quality is way better than Safeway Deli. The servers are friendly and efficient. I haven’t been to other Panda Express in years as we usually go to a sit down restaurant for Chinese food. For fast food Chinese it was good. With that said they didn’t have Beef Brocolli a standard. Most of the entrees were fried, except for Chicken with Green Beans. If your looking for healthy options you may have to choose mixed veggies for a side, because the Entrees are all fattening but good.

A definite cheat-day favorite for us. The way-too-popular-but-don’t-care orange chicken is amazing and they are quick to get you out the door with your guilty pleasures.

I LOVEPANDA!!! And this one is SUPER clean but their portions are always a lot smaller than other Pandas that I always have to be like«come on now.» You can never go wrong with fried rice and orange chicken.

It is what it is. For fast food Chinese, Panda Express is alright. It won’t wow you, but it is consistently good in the kind of way people go to a place like McDonald’s. You know what to expect when you visit. This Panda location opened up a few years ago in the spot previously occupied by O-E-She. They certainly switched up the interior of what was a somewhat homey space into a corporate chain spot with menu boards. Though I like that they have some seating outside the restaurant, but within the mall. Prices have risen with the times, but a two entrée plate is still relatively fairly priced. A two entrée combo will cost just under $ 7.50 after tax. Not bad considering the other options within the mall. The meal at Panda was certainly more tasty and filling than the one I had at Genki Sushi and cheaper at that. Of the entrée choices at Panda, there are really on a few that are worth getting in my opinion which are the orange chicken, Beijing beef and the beef & broccoli. The first two are tasty though they are both gut bomb selections since they are both breaded. Of the sides, I would suggest the chow mein over getting any of the rice options(fried or steamed). The chow mein is a bit oily, but flavorful. Ambiance is okay for a fast food type place. Though I do like the location as it has free wi-fi. Not from Panda, but rather from the Panera across the way. Panda Express is not where you would go for an authentic Chinese meal. But kind of like teriyaki, it is a kind of craving that I get once in a while. For what it is, Panda meets my expectations for it.

I’m so thankful they opened a panda express nearby. I would have to find a store miles away. Its located inside the mall but there’s doors facing the parking lot. Inside its a small-medium size joint. Décor looks great. Love it all! Because its apart of a mall, expect at crazy times to have alot of people in there. Waiting time for the line has been anywhere from 3 minutes to 15 minutes. Its annoying having to wait, especially when someone can’t make up their mind on what food they want. Its happened so many times. The noodles are GREAT, the shrimp is great! There’s been times when the noodles have been burnt a bit. But 2⁄3 times its good. Price is just right, cheaper then other Chinese places. There’s enough staff to actually function correctly. I’ve been to fast food places where there’s been only 1 person in the kitchen &1 in the entire building before(Late night) & it was awful. Overall i recommend this place. Good place to eat with your kids, family & a great place to get it to go. :)

So far, so good! This Panda Express seems to run smoothly like it’s been around for a while — none of those«we just opened» kinks to be worked out. The quality of the food is right up there with good PE locations imho too… although, we may have just been extremely lucky as the food was fresh right when we got up to the counter(most PE locations are really good about keeping their food fresh!). The décor is full of pandas, a decent sized indoor seating area as well as some«outdoor»(in the mall) seating too. I’m glad there’s a close location to get my orange chicken fix now!
