AVOID! I just got the stomach flu after getting a caramel frapp from here. I was feeling fine all day; my boyfriend and I ate the same thing throughout the day, so that’s how I know the caramel frapp affected me at night. Thanks for the worst stomach flu ever!!!

I’ll give this location a good review because of the excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean. I just came in to buy a mug for a gift, but the cashier was friendly and made the effort to connect with me. Definitely coming back to this location. Plus they have a drive thru!

My boyfriend and I are avid Starbucks drinkers and we love the drinks! We have visited quite a bit of locations and by far this is the worst location we have ever been too. If we could avoid coming here we will but unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to us. The drinks taste awful not to mention our customer service is either really great or really horrible. we visited this location recently and we ordered an iced coffee with caramel drizzle. The barista told us that he could not fulfill the order because they were down to two bottles of caramel. Granted yes this is not the worst problem in the world but, my initial thought is I’m willing to pay so what is the issue? If the product is available where is the issue? We ended up ordering another drink but, in my opinion this location needs some sort of retraining on customer service. If we didn’t love Starbucks so much we probably would not come back to this location.

Went in recently for a macchiato and Blanche, the sweet attendant there asked my name as is usual, when I mentioned Israel she said she liked it. Then I asked her what her name was. She said ‘Blanche’ well even though I couldn’t think of anything nice to say then, I will now. Blanche you’re a sweet and very enthusiastic person. Starbucks is lucky to have people like you.

I would give this location negative stars if it were possible. I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks locations in different states and countries and this particular branch seems to have fallen short of what I’d consider the«Starbucks standard». I ordered a grande peppermint white mocha frap with an extra shot. The girl behind the register asked me to repeat my order so I did. She just stared at the screen for over 2 minutes trying to figure out how to enter it instead of asking her coworkers. The drink came out after 10 min but it didn’t have the extra shot. I asked for it to be remade. Another 10 minutes elapsed before my drink was ready. This time, it had the extra shot but was really watered down. I decided to leave instead of spending another 10 minutes waiting for a simple drink not to be made the right way again. Cleanliness is also something that was ignored. The counter where drinks were set was covered in coffee and chocolate syrup. Every time a drink was put down, it would slide on the counter. I suggested to one of the employees that it may be a good idea to wipe down the counter but no action was taken. Napkins were all over the floor. The bathroom also smelled rancid and was littered with toilet paper and paper towels. I ended up wasting over half an hour to get two coffees and, with all that time spent, was just left annoyed and highly disappointed.

I have to give 5 stars because even though the wait is not the best they always manage to get my order right, they never run out of whip or caramel lol and they are very polite. To top it off my drinks are always Delicious!

Avoid coming here in the AM if your in a rush or even if you think you got time just forget it! Morning staff are super slow & can’t even get your order correct. It makes no difference if you do inside or drive through. Slow!

I would only give this place ½ a star only because the outside of this place is horrendously filthy. Here is what you see when you try to sit outside. Nothing but trash everywhere you look. This place should be ashamed of it self the manager should take pride of inside and outside if the store.

The staff is so friendly! My drink was made exactly how I ordered it and they even asked me to try it before I left in case I wanted any changes. Definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks.

I work across the street from here so I go to this location out of convenience. I always go before work and as if im not in enough of a rush, a lot of the times they mess up my drink and not one time have they even apologize for wasting my time. The girl asked me frap? I said no iced, light ice and i still got frap wtf? They dont take responsibility for messing up. I ended up with a $ 7 coffee that tasted like crap. Customer service needs work.

This review and a star is only for the drive-through service from this location. Super slow service for the drive-through!!! What’s the matter? I do not know. Last time I went I waited around 20 minutes to get my simple drink. They need to rush things in there if there’s 4 or 5 cars lined up behind me. Also, the drive-through curve is so steep that it’s hard get closer to the window. It might be a bad idea to offer drive-through service in this location.

All I can say is meh. I’ve sporadically come here over the years. It’s the same as every other Starbucks, subpar. Employees could be friendlier. You don’t get greeted when you step foot inside. My recent order, which was a thai coffee was cold. I didn’t feel like driving back just to complain about the coffee.
