Went 15 mins before they closed the drive threw all girl was doing is trying to ignore us like really you guys still had 15 mins left I would have understand if it was 5 mins before they closed but 15 unacceptable. not only that the girl there was rude like should have have easily said we are closed or something but instead she just tried ignoring up

Horrible drive thru. They made me repeat my order like 3 times and when i get to the window it turns out they only charged me for 3 of the 5 drinks. When i asked them to make me the other two they said they couldn’t no more. Horrible customer service

Horrible service! They got my drink order wrong multiple times. The coffee taste like crap, hot chocolate was missing the chocolate and my scone was hard as a rock.

My problem is not the staff or the food. The problem is that you have to ask a staff to open the restroom for you. They should just give you a code with your purchase. It is very inconvenient for the staff and the customer. Sometimes they are very busy and can’t get to you promptly. This is the only starbucks that has this policy. I HATEIT! shape up starbucks!

Well. Been coming to this location since they opened years ago… Today is the 1st time I have a complaint :(. I ordered my usual, venti iced white mocha w/no whip cream. I have this memorized enough to not get my own order wrong. Get up to the window and the girl gives me a hot beverage. I said it was suppose to be iced. I wasn’t irritated cause I figured I was handed wrong drink. She gave me the look of death and rolled her eyes lol. Came back with my correct drink and it felt like if she just pushed it into my hand, for a minute I thought it was gonna fall. Her name is Jennifer! She has no customer service skills, very rude :(. She needs to find herself a job where no interaction with people is required :)

Starbucks app stated they close at 12:30am on sunday. So we arrived 12:15am, we waited for 5min in drive– thru. No answer, no service so we drove up to window. They are laughing talking to eachother, not even acknowledging that we were customers there. So we honked and they still didn’t even bother to look our way. Disrespectful and rude! Went to Starbucks in Bell Gardens they were total opposite. Friendly, quick and great service. Guess what they didn’t ignore me as a customer. Thank you Bell Gardens and middle finger too you Starbucks in Bell.

Love coming to this Starbucks! Mainly because it has a drive-thru so its more convenient for me since I am on my way to work. Always order the Soy Latte, My Favorite! Service is super fast and my latte is always ready when I get to the window!

Sorry??? They charge me 50 cents for 2 pumps Classic syrup??? I order ice latte macchiato many times at other location but this is my 1st get extra charge for just syrup??? Never come back!

For being the only Starbucks in Bell it’s a shame that it has horrible service. 1. Drive-thru line moves super slow. However, your better off waiting in the drive-thru then going inside. I’ve tried it several times and drive-thru always get serviced faster. 2. Drive-thru customer service is poor. You always have to repeat yourself. They always tell you to wait before greeting you. They always cut you off quickly as everyone is just ordering 1 drink. 3. Customer service inside — You never get greeted. It’s all a bunch of young college or high school kids who are always into their own conversation and not into giving you a great customer experience. 4. Service inside. I had no one before me and all I ordered was a pike coffee(pre made brewed coffee). It took them 15 mins to give me poured coffee(drive thru car I would have been behind passed me along with two others after). 5. Place is always dirty and chairs placed everywhere. 6. Finally coffee is soooo bad. None of the flavored coffee ever taste right. They are very bitter. Doesn’t matter if its a hot coffee or a frap. I’ve seen people ask for double pumps or 4x caramel and they don’t realize it’s because they make the coffee too strong. Seriously, I wish the managers of this Starbucks would work on customer service. They need to train all the employees how to give excellent service. Tips: 1. Everyone should always greet with a smile and a warm welcome. 2. Ask if that’s all we’d like to order. 3. Be proactive and attentive when taking orders. 4. Save internal conversations when Starbucks is slow not when customers are waiting. 5. Speed up the service in drive thru. Have more back up. There is a reason why we are choosing drive-thru. We don’t have that much time. 6. Everyone should look at their customers. Not hand off money while looking away or conversing with another barista. 7. Double check if they placed the correct coffee order. 8. Be apologetic and helpful if someone is not happy with their order instead of rolling eyes or say things such as «that’s what you said you wanted». 9. Above all keep the place tidy up.

Worst Starbucks ever. I never take the time to write any reviews but I was so disappointed with how rude employees are here. I walked in all excited to try the new halloween themed frappé and the worker rudely told me that they didn’t have it when it was clearly released that day. I am never going back here again.

Customer service sucks! Nobody tried saying hello nor getting the orders correctly They didnt have a manager and after 10 min we finally got our order which they had to do over and it was still wrong! Will never again visit them!

Every time I come this location something is not right with my drink. I come to this location on average 3 times a week(it’s open late and local, no other choice for my graveyard shift) and the first few times the person taking my order can never hear through the speaker I have them repeat my order back to me wrong and I correct them and get to the window and it’s still wrong, I have had a person in the drive thru give me my drink without the chocolate drizzle I ask for and when I hand it back to her for the drizzle she said I couldn’t figure out what u said so I just made it regular. So needless to say I stop going through the drive thru and do mobile order and guess what my drink is still wrong. All I want is my drink made right the first time so I’m not wasting time.

First of all I was in line for about 15 minutes. Something is going wrong in there. I ordered the peach and green teavana ice drink because they were out of the black mango. Lately they’ve been out of a lot of things when I go. At first taste I thought the tea was good but I took a second sip and it tasted watered down. Ive read other reviews about the drinks being weak and its so true. It could of have been more tasty. I think they are being stingy with their stuff. It doesn’t just happen on this Starbucks though. They do the same at the one on Slauson and State, HP. I like to order my steam lemonade with teas and I get it too watered down. It has to be sweet. I hope manager reads this. They have to do something. I think they are only good on the frapps. No special drinks. Too complicated for them I guess!

Starbucks– a name of big echo. I think they would be better next time(hope i’ll be back), For this visit, It’s easy for me to decide go to another spot to enjoy coffee which so much better. Their staff should pay more attention while customers were ordering!
