To get 5* you need to go above and beyond. These guys did. 5 pm on a Friday and they helped me out with document scanning etc. Andrew the guy who helped me did everything I wanted. The computer in my hotel some how deleted the files from the flash drive I was using. Andrew, after verifying who I was, retrieved and emailed them out to me!!! Saved Good work guys.

The removal of their self-service kiosk is a bummer. Folks could go in and do all of the work they need to do and then quickly check-out with an itemized receipt for all services in hand. On my March 8th departure the associate advised me the kiosk was determined to not be needed and receipts could now be retrieved by going to the service counter to have an associate print it. The fella was friendly and apologized. He was not able to print a receipt at that particular time as he had closed out everything. It was closing time too. I understood. It was late. He stated I could come in the next day to have the receipt printed if I wanted. It seems to be a complicated process to get a receipt. I’m sure folks might need them for work(reimbursement) or as a record for their check ledger. I could certainly just itemize everything myself but I would rather be focused on creativity — not dreading what could be a wait at the service counter especially during their busy times. Please bring back the self-service check-out for a win in the convenience column! I do appreciate them being open late hours and being friendly.

Staff is very incompetent. They are rude. They do not take customers in order of arrival and yell back… and contents of my package were missing. Strongly advise not to use. Customer beware of this franchise.
