I was recommended to this massage studio while I was in town and I can’t re-​recommend it enough. They found tight places on me that I didn’t know existed and used just the right amount of pressure. I’ve had many massages, mostly from Massage Envy (I strongly recommend NOT going to Massage Envy), and this massage was way better. I’m afraid that all other massages will now pale in comparison. I might have to make another trip to NH just for another massage.

DJ was fantastic, that’s all there is to say. She was very attentive to my needs, had a great sense of what would be appropriate for an athlete/​runner, and the entire atmosphere was very pleasant. As someone who uses massage infrequently it was fantastic to have someone in-​tune with the specific needs of myself and in a place that is comfortable but not overtly spa-​like. I highly recommend DJ and Beyond Basics Massage.

I’ve been seeing DJ at Beyond Basics for over a year. She is the only massage therapist who has ever been able to provide review on my arthritic neck. It takes a skilled and confident therapist to work on the neck and DJ is both!
She’ll never be able to shake me! I’m a client for life.

Had an awesome massage at Beyond Basics Massage & Bodywork in Bedford, NH. The service was great. I booked it online & wasn’t sure what to expect. The facility is 1st rate and the table are the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced.
My therapist was young but highly knowledgeable & she listened to my needs. I only like a deep massage on the upper body, and she had no problems accommodating me. I highly recommend Beyond Basic and Bodywork.
