I have since sent an email to their customer service and have yet to hear back from anyone. This is horrible costumer service! I plan to cancel on the 23^rd of this month!

Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, positive. Upselling all around but hey Thats their job! Not pushy with it at all. Facility is clean, beds are modern. So glad I switched to PBT from Tan Republic Raleigh Hills, that place was the exact opposite!

I love this PBT. Nick is the best person to come to, he’s always there most nights and he will give you the knowledge you need and set you up with the lotion that will work best for you!
There was another gal who didn’t tell me about a free 30 day upgrade but the second I came in and saw Nick he told me right away that I had the free upgrade for reactivating my account. He’s amazing!
This PBT is always cleaned and the staff is pretty friendly. The upsale is there but the consultants wouldn’t be doing their job if it wasn’t.

I like this location. The girls here are friendly and give good advise if you don’t know what you’re doing. The up selling is relatively minimal and I don’t feel pressured to buy when I go in.
Prices are high which is normal throughout this industry — they do seem to have a lot of specials and deals going on frequently
The parking lot can be annoying during peak hours.
