Jack In The Box

It’s fast food. I get it. But every single time I come here, the order is wrong. Every. Single. Time.
If you really, really want Jack in the Box, always, always, ALWAYS (really can’t stress this enough) check your order. Going inside actually slightly helps, but mostly because you can correct your order right then and there.
Seriously if there was less than one star, I would give that instead.

If you’re ever planning on getting a milkshake, don’t count on ever getting one from here. They will either lie to you about cleaning the milkshake machine, or just straight up tell you no because they are too lazy to make one by saying that its «too close to closing» when its not even late.
within the 3 months of recently moving to the area, i have not once been able to acquire a milkshake from this location.
an honest employee of this location mentioned that them saying «we are washing the milkshake machine» is really just an excuse so they dont have to make one which is just ridiculous.
It is seriously not that hard to make a milkshake.

In the last month, coming reluctantly back there because it’s closest place to my work, I’ve had a much better experience.
The food has been much quicker, and I haven’t had mushy rice since February, in fact it’s been pretty good food since then! I don’t know if they got a new manager or some new employees, but it’s a much better experience now.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! INCLUDING OPENING THE SANDWICHES.
This particular Jack in the Box continuously screws up our orders. Extremely common occurrences are:
–Charging extra for cheese and not putting the cheese on the sandwich
–Taking the fries out of the warm tray several minutes before the sandwich is done, leading to cold fries
–Completely missing items
–Flaky, forgetful employees
–Cashier touching the fries with bare hands without washing them
After going back so many times to get an order corrected, you just say «screw it» and go across the street to Carl’s Jr. We’re very disappointed («fast food» is no excuse either). Tonight is, quite literally, the last straw. Other Jack in the Box restaurants might be okay but this one is just terrible.

I have been a couple since my last review. I felt it was time to justify an update to my previous low-​rated review for this specific location.
Since then my experiences here have been average and that is an upgrade from before. I have not experience poor customer service, nor poor quality of food since my initial review.

This Jack in the Box is great! I used to be against Jack in the Box because it freaks me out that they server burgers with tacos.
I tried this location last month and have been back numerous times. I have eaten there a couple times, but mostly just order drinks. They have their drinks for $ 1 so it’s great to stop by to get a Diet Coke or an Iced Tea. They brew good iced tea.
Twice, I have ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and was pleased with the sandwich overall. The chicken is pretty thin, but they fill up the sourdough bun with yummy, fresh lettuce, tomato and bacon, so that makes up for it.
This is the only Jack in the Box I have ever been to and I am always so pleased with the service. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I belive this location has great management.

Look, sometimes it’s late and you just want to pop in pick up a combo meal and get the hell out of dodge. Problem is when you have to remind the person at the window that you ordered curly fries not regular fries. Oh yeah and wasn’t that combo supposed to come with a coke? Seriously people this isn’t that compilcated. The food was fine however when the person working the window removed the regular fries from my bag she put her hand over the fries! WTF That is not supposed to happen. SERIOUSLY DON’T TOUCH THE FOOD! Or at least don’t let me see you touch it. Better yet, DON’T TOUCH THE FOOD! I don’t think I’ll be back here for a while. =(
