Good pizza but unfortunately this location is now closed. As far as I know the other locations are still open.

This is a mixed review in that the food rating is highly dependent on WHAT you order. My wife and I are from the east coast(NY& Boston) and are always looking for authentic Italian food. We visited twice in the last 3 weeks. Visit 1 — meatball sub. Awesome 4.5 stars. Visit 2 — pizza. Just so-so with a 2 star rating. Think the sauce is the same on meatball sub and pizza. Works for the sub, not so much on the pie. Stick with the subs and you should be happy. Looking for great pizza? Look elsewhere.

My absolute favorite for Pizza, ravioli, spaghetti, or subs. I really like their subs because they don’t use cheap bread. There’s even a difference in this Geraldi’s and the others. However, I went there a few days ago and saw they were closed, cleaned out, and no notice of moving. What gives?

Have never had a bad experience. Great cheese sandwiches and the pesto artichoke sandwich is pretty awesome also. They have pizza as well but I have yet to try them but looking at them being made, they look like they would be extremely good.

Had 2 great slices of Pizza here. 1 with just cheese, great sauce well seasoned which complemented the cheese well. Crust was thin and crispy w/o being burnt or overdone. Cheese could have been browned a bit better on top, but I got the first slice pie of the day, so it could have been a two fold complication, one being that they hurried to pull the pie to get my slices, and two being that if people want to add toppings later, they need to re-fire the slice and it would over cook should they properly finish the pizza in the first place. 2nd slice had pepperoni on it, LARGE peperoni, which was acceptable, good quality meat. I can’t think of a better slice I’ve had out of the downtown area, so I would recommend for lunch pizza slices.

Great pizza and great sandwiches. This place used to be part of the local geraldi’s chain but now it is independantly owned. They make some tasty –ass food here. Definitely worth checking out. they are located in the back of the Asia-Pacific Center on hall and Lombard, next to the taqueria. Friendly service everytime!

Not quite sure why I’m on a sub sandwich kick lately. But driven by here many many times finally I made the stop. It was worth it. The meat balls actually taste like real meat. The sauce is not too tomatoey as to overpower the sandwich, but it was a little bland with a lack of seasoning. The bread nicely toasted and cruncy. Not soggy from the wetness of the sauce. The cheese was also nicely melted. I’ll definitely go back for a sandwich and probably try some of their other items.
