Exquisite Ride Limousine Service

I booked this service for a group of girls to do a 15^th party making a few stops in Portland. We received two confirmation emails a couple of days before the party. The limo was to arrive at 4:30 pm. The limo never arrived, no one ever called, nor did they respond to multiple messages left for them. Do no use or book this company if you actually want to get to your destination or have fun at your event

Worst experience possible. Made reservation in May (3 months before my daughters party) and the day before the party they called me and told me that the limo’s air-​conditioner went out and that they would either give me my money back or they would give me a school bus instead of the pink limo I originally reserved for my daughters celebration. At first I thought it was not a big deal and I accepted the yellow bus considering other companies were booked for the day of the party. However, the camera/​video crew I hired heard me complaining the day of the party and they asked me if I rented the bus through Exquisite Ride Limousine. I told them I had originally ordered a pink limo and they informed me that the same company had told the same story about the AC going out to two other parties they had attended. To top it off, one of the parents attending the party told me the same exact story had happened to her cousin, of course, with the same company. Not only did Exquisite Ride Limousine not provide the limo I had requested, but they offered a pitiful bus, did not offer a discount for the embarrassment or inconvenience, and they had done this to 3 other parties! Very unprofessional and unorganized. This is most definitely a corrupt company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go elsewhere and save yourself the embarrassment!

Definitely do your research before booking with this service. Recently went on a wine tasting trip on one of their party buses, and not only was the AC not working on a 75 + degree day, but Exquisite had the incorrect addresses for the vineyards we had appointments with, causing us to miss our first tasting.
When we tried to contact the manager, asking for additional hour to try and make up for the lost time, he was so rude and unwilling to accommodate us for anything.
Not sure what their other vehicles are like, but save your time and money and book with someone else!

These guys were really excellent. We rented the 15 person passenger van. They were on time (early actually!), professional, and friendly. They allowed us to be a little flexible with our travel times, and they offered to get us a Uhaul trailer and pick it up for us, for no extra charge — I was really surprised about that given that it seemed like a headache to do that. They were also the cheapest place in town that I and my friend could find. The van was clean and pretty new. They also responded pretty quickly to phone messages though I don’t think they have a dedicated secretary necessarily. Brian was my driver, and he was great. I definitely recommend them.
