Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Fair, friendly, and efficient… they now have a lifelong customer!

Where do I start?
My 1993 Ford Taurus finally became a little too expensive to fix for me to continue to drive it. The rear drum brakes gave out so I got a brake job with new struts and new tires — costed a pretty penny. Then a month later its radiator blew, got it replaced from an «Affordable» company I wouldn’t recommend.
While they were fixing my radiator, Enterprise picked me up and I rented one of their cars. I said I was thinking about getting a new vehicle so they called up their car sales representatives in Beaverton who gave me a call up and I went and looked at their used vehicles, I saw a shiny silver 2013 Impala LTZ with a nice spoiler and it was my style so I brought my newly «fixed» car to their lot for a trade-​in inspection.
I had an after-​market alarm system put in, with remote start and all the bells and whistles as well as a hood pin in case someone popped it to take something. I went in, got them and came back out then tried to do my remote start and it died. I looked under the hood and a whole bunch of wires had been loosened and disconnected from the mechanics and the hood pin alarm switch had been broken off, the car wouldn’t start so I decided to trade in my car and get myself a new ride.
They worked with me and set me up with the best deal, extremely patient and informative with a seven day no questions asked return period.
I drove off and decided to look around to see if there were any better deals, I found a 2013 Chevrolet Impala LTZ at a local Chevrolet dealership — they had the same exact make of car and same year except black for $ 1-​$ 200 less so I decided to go with it, I came back the next day to sign for it but they told me someone had already bought it. They tried to get me into a 2014 Chevrolet Impala LT — it was black but not leather heated seat and I thought that it was a year newer that it would add to the value and if I added heated leather seats it would too. I signed for it before the 7 day return period, didn’t take possession of the vehicle however and on the last day I got a second opinion. It turns out that because it’s an LT the insurance was higher and it’s cost would be lower for trade in whether or not I rigged it up and it had structural damage which lowered the value as well, no bank would finance the black cat since I already had a car loan out on the previous Enterprise one. Turns out the Chevy place tried to finance me themselves to get me on the hook, which would be soliciting a sale in the state of Oregon on top of bullying me.
Anywho, I was able to unwind the 2014 LT sale as possession is 9/10^th’s the law and Enterprise went above and beyond to help me along my decision of which car to go with!

Great service. Guys are awesome. The cars are well maintained and the service plans are great so it’s a good buy. Bought a Nissan Versa 2010 and everything went pretty smoothly. I’ll update if there’s ever an issue with the car =)
