Dearest hubby and I bought a new travel trailer from Curtis yesterday, 12÷18÷15 and are so happy. We worked with Dan and he was fabulous!!! We had searched other places for trailers but were impressed with the quality of the selection as well as the service. He answered all of our questions (but we forgot to ask a couple more). I would’ve scored 5 stars for this except that the trailer breaks need to be fixed (they did not activate) and the back door needs a deadbolt. Other than that, we are very very happy!!!

My advise to anyone looking to purchase a travel trailer go to Curtis trailer, find what you like and PURCHASE IT SOME WHERE ELSE. Worst service dept I have ever dealt with. They act like they care but don“t follow thru with anything. Never deal with them EVER.

Love this company. Searched all over and ended up purchasing a great trailer through them. Great customer service, very patient and willing to answer any and all our questions. I definitely recommend them.

Great selection of parts and the parts department folks were very helpful even though I actually purchased less than a dollars worth of trim moulding, and they are open Sundays too. I like being able to wander around and look at the RV’s for sale without being attacked by salesmen.

Have been to this location several times for parts for my travel trailer. And they’ve had parts that another poupular RV store in Wilsonville (my area) have not had on a couple occasions. Good knowledge and friendly help when I’ve needed it in the parts department.
Anytime I’ve looked through the lot at trailers, the salesmen are around but not pushing. Introduce themselves and letting you know that they’re around.
This will be one of the first places that I’ll go to look at RVs when I’m ready to buy again.

Dan from Curtis was so great. He listened to us and was no pressure at all! We ended up buying elsewhere, but only due to availability. We felt we could trust Dan at Curtis and he was NOT the typical salesman (yuck) that you think of!
