I had a lap top that I thought was unusable and broken. But Steve added the necessary updates and fixes and saved me the money of purchasing a new lap top. His pricing was very reasonable and significantly below the competition. The final charge was the same as their original estimate and the work was completed on schedule. I was treated as a valued customer and given plenty of attention for explanations and recommendations regarding the fixes needed for my computer. This business operates using very ethical practices. I would definately be a repeat customer of this business. I highly recommend using Affordable Computing Northwest for your computer service needs. Next I am taking in my desktop to Steve for its well overdue upgrades and tune up.
