Very few restaurants are consistent and usually if they are consistent, it is consistently bad. Not the case with Zef’s. Always good, always fast. Breakfast is an experience, and you will always have more than enough to eat. I can not fully express my love of the breakfast skillets. I am impressed that they are featuring more and more ethnic specials: stuffed peppers, cabbage rolls, goulash, and the awe inspiring chicken lemon rice soup. If you visit for the 1st time, you MUST have the loaded coney. It is Detroit style and the best flavor for miles around

Leaving a better review the food seemed much better this time. I had coneys again. They seemed different somehow, fresher. My friend got the gyro she really liked it and said it wasn’t dried out at all.

Best gyro in the area! They import the lamb and it is delicious. The pita is thick and soft and the tzatziki sauce is wonderful. I have been back many times but can’t pass on the gyro to try anything else.

Excellent and friendly service. Great breakfast and lunch food at a very low price and the portions are huge. They should consider posting pictures on the wall for the ones who can finish their whole breakfast plate! If you’re a fan of corn beef and hash, theirs is a must.
