Omaha Steaks

Mary, whom I presume is the manager, was very helpful finding me the best meat options for my dinner party. They had a great sale with many options and I saved a lot of money on my meats. I will definitely be back.

This is one of those stores that you look at and think, why would people buy frozen steaks? However, when you get a gift of steaks and some pigs in a blanket from a friend you will have a smile on your face :). Then when you realize that this is some damn good food, you change your mind about the store on the Avenue that does not always have a crowd.
I love cooking and I use fresh ingredients… sometimes you have cravings or what you want is not available in your area. Cue Omaha Steaks!
They may not have a QVC contract but they have some good stuff… try it out.
«The Good»
— It usually only has one person in there and they take care of anyone that comes in just happy that there is another person in the store (poor guy).
— The Pigs in a Blanket are good, I hate to admit this as I am a fan of the Nathan’s ones that you get in supermarkets… but they are.
— Aside from the obvious steaks which are flash frozen fresh, the side dishes and the fish are amazing. Its easy, «let it thaw while you are at work and fix it when you get home» food.
— The marinated salmon is one of my favorites.
— Two words… Beef Jerky.
— The store matches the internet deals that are always ongoing.
«The Meh»
— The parking at the Avenue is hinkey at best and you will be walking with you food once you get it. Since this place is right by the movie theater, it is even worse.
«The Bad»
— Nothing really bad to comment on.
