McDonald’s

Rude staff. Boosters walking around the restaurant asking if we want to buy hats, earbuds, perks (pills), weed, etc. just about everything that you can think of. just pure disgusting! the restaurant was filthy! trash everywhere. we could barely find a table to sit at that wasn’t dirty, excluding the drug dealers all crowding around the bar in the middle. I fear for my safety while in there! oh and let’s not forget the woman who came and took napkins off of my table and ran to the bathroom while I was sitting there eating. there were 4 employees up front when we first Got there. after we ordered there was 1. I wanted a burger, but there was only one like that was taking cash. when the other employees came back after hell froze over she started taking the cash out of the register in front of us. if I had not asked the MANAGER of the register was closed, she would have never said anything. this place needs to be shut down, new management, something because this isn’t cutting it. maybe a more professional staff that actually knows how to run a restaurant…

I don’t understand how the management at this location tolerates the nonsense occuring here at all hours — homeless drug addicts and menacing looking thug types loitering for hours by sitting inside make this a horrible location to grab a quick meal. Even at the order lines, the management allows shady looking individuals to harrass and pester paying customers by asking for spare change or offer to sell them trinkets/​junk that they are carrying. I feel the most sympathy for the poor employees of this McDonalds for having to endure these terrible working conditions every day. Just pathetic.

Zero stars!!! This place is still open?! Crazy! As I wait to place an order (now going on 10min without even a greeting) two customers are playing basketball and practicing their shots by tossing trash from the counter to the assembly line. After many attempts (as management and the cashiers look on) they finally are successful. Not one time did the manager nor the cashiers say anything. To whoever, the franchise owner or to corporate, you should be ashamed of yourself. As for the employees that you have working there… good luck ever increasing sales because right now the only thing your increasing is the amount of ignorance you got working for you. AVOID AT ALL COST GOING TO THIS SH?*T SHOW!

I go for the red box only. There are always homeless people hanging out in the main dinning area, it felt weird being there. I got in to get my movie and quickly got out.

This review is for the redbox inside. I go here strictly for redbox. Even that isn’t the best service. This redbox is never stocked with current movies or it is so full you can’t return movies. What an inconvenience. McDonalds is open till 11 pm which is good for late night movies.

I went in today, 10÷1÷09, and asked for a #9 meal with medium coffee, half-​caf. I was told they had no skillet burritos, steak or sausage. So I opted for a sausage, egg & cheese meal with a medium coffee, half-​caf. The total came to $ 5.71 which seemed quite high. Also, their idea of cream for coffee is to have a McDonalds medium soda cup with half-​and-​half in it for everyone to use instead of having the individual packets. This will be my last visit to a McDonalds in Baltimore City. They get a zero in customer service.
