NEVERORDERFROMHERE. My family ordered a late night dinner from Kristo’s & It took over an hour to arrive. Part of the order was missing & part of it was incorrect. I have a severe allergy to carrots, so I requested«no carrots.» What did my salad have an abundance of? Carrots, of course! Fries were included with my meal & never arrived. We also ordered jalapeño poppers, which never arrived. I called to find out what happened with the order, they apologized & promised to bring the missing items. 2 hours later, they’re closed & our food never arrived. I called again today & was told, «We got busy & decided not to bring the additional food. We’ll refund you $ 6.00 but, that’s it.» Soooo they just didn’t feel like bringing the food, didn’t care that the incorrect order could’ve sent me to the hospital AND did nothing above & beyond to keep me as a customer. Needless to say, they’re a terrible company who produces mediocre food & clearly doesn’t care about their clientele.

The order was a bit slow to arrive, but they called to inform us of the delay. The people at Kristo’s brought us the wrong soda, and the quality of the food was subpar. We should have read the reviews first, but alas. cheese fries = 1(for already mentioned reasons in previous reviews) fried shrimp = 1(heavy on the batter) potato salad = 1(too liquidy and tasted sour) gravy for the mashed potatoes = 1(tasted like powder and not enough of it) mashed potatoes = 2(out of a box) marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks = 1(flavorless) macaroni salad = 1(also tasted sour) Waste of money, waste of resources, waste of calories.

We placed an order at 7pm on a Friday night, and as to be expected, it took one hour for our food to be delivered. We ordered four gyros with feta and cheese fries. Overall, I’d give them 7 out of 10 points for the taste of the food. The gyros were large, the tzatziki sauce didn’t have much dill flavor and was kind of on the heavy cream side. The cheese fries were literally fries with three square slices of cheese placed on top of the fries and melted on top. The food was good for one of those«stay at home and order out» evenings. We didn’t like the hour long wait, but the food was good. I will update this after we order some of their other items on that large menu they offer!

I have ordered from this place a few times. I like there meat lovers pizza and onion rings, but today they just turned me off. I ordered a sub and onion rings, who ever the person who took the order act like he did not want to work today. Plus he did not want to give me a total. I just might not ever order from them again.

Do not order from here! If they get your order wrong they won’t try to fix it. Instead they will argue with you and make it out to be your fault! It’s a shame cause they used to be really good. I think they have changed owners and the food and service have really gotten awful!

I’ve never actually eaten in the restaurant, but since moving to Baltimore in June of 2006, this has been a place that I’ve ordered take-out/delivery from many times. They deliver to the downtown Baltimore area and so far, I’ve never had any problems with them getting here — even on game nights in the city. The prices are reasonable, and they have a wide selection of food on the menu. You can get anything from pizza, to sandwiches, to Greek food, and more. My favorite — the lamb gyro on pita bread($ 5.99) and some fries. Delivery is free(with a $ 7.00 minimum for cash & $ 10.00 minimum with credit) and it usually only takes 30 minutes, even on the busy nights. If you are looking to eat healthy(the food can be greasy), this may not be the place to order from, but for a night in it’s a hassle-free meal for a decent price.
