The Staff here are the most accommodating and friendly people. On top of that, the arrangement I got for my Girlfriend for Valentine’s Day was incredibly beautiful and very full. After recently moving to the area, this is the only flower shop I will be going to for flowers for my sweetheart. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Very disappointed in the level of service and treatment I got this Valentine’s Day. I placed an order for my spouse early in the morning to have a bouquet delivered to our apartment. Waited from 10 am-​4pm then got a call from the florist saying they would not deliver my arrangement I ordered from ftd and if I wanted it I had to come in the next ten min because they were going to close. So I drove 30 min with my one yr old daughter to pick up the flowers I had spent 30 dollars just paying for the delivery (103.oo total). I went in and saw 5 employees that easily could have made the delivery (they were not arranging flowers and I was the only person in the store). The owner said it was my fault since I ordered through ftd. That they hate working with the company. My mom ran a florist shop and never treated customers the way I was treated. I will never ever use this florist again.

The proprietor is remarkable in her attentive, patient followthrough. The bouquet delivered exceeded the expectation from online photo.
