Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Baltimore Fells Point

My wife and I bought our first home with the help of Coldwell’s Mike Palien. After a frustrating experience with another realtor, we were really impressed with Michael.
He listens at the front end. We told him what we were looking for, and the set of listings he showed us left us with some tough – but good– choices to make. All of his listings seemed almost intuitive to our lifestyle and fell in the range of what we were looking to spend. Mike never pressured us at any step of the way, but he answered questions whenever we had them. He seemed to have a real passion for connecting folks to the «right fit» in a home, and we really appreciated that a lot.
He knew a lot about Baltimore, the history of the ‘hoods, and did a good job of educating us when we had questions (We looked at stuff in Hampden, Lauraville, Fells, Highlandtown, and Fed Hill).
Once we made our decision, Mike really stayed on top of things and made the process easy. I know we didn’t create the biggest commission for him, but he treated us like we did, and it genuinely felt like he was representing us at every step of the process. I think that’s what we appreciated the most about him.
In short, we felt like he took great care of us, and he knew his stuff. He shot straight through the whole process, and we won’t hestiate to seek him out if we buy again or sell in the area.
