Was giving this place a chance cause the food was alright, but the owner’s rudeness made me to decide to never come back again. You can’t treat regular customers with that kind of disrespect and get away with it. Also this place is always so empty that it’s awkward to even go in and get something. They had me due to the lack of Greek places close to my house, but I will never be going back here again. Don’t worry give it a couple months and this place will be out of business just like everything else that tries to survive in this spot.

One of our favorite places to eat when we’re trying to stay local and not spend a fortune. I almost always order the falafel and it’s perfectly seasoned every time, it’s also the right texture unlike other places that serve them too dry or grainy. The hummus is also well seasoned and even the appetizer comes in a large portion, definitely enough for a family to share. My daughter usually orders the chicken souvlaki and/​or beefteki and hasn’t complained once (which is rare).
All the desserts we’ve tried are fresh and tasty.
The owners are super friendly and you definitely get the vibe that’s it’s a family run spot.

Well I wanted to try this place since its in my town, and sadly I was disappointed. Now don’t get me wrong, the gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and the place is nice and clean. But the 2 gyros I ordered were cold after I got them home to eat which only took me 5 minutes to get home. Definitely not enough meat (which I had to throw in the microwave to heat up) and the pita wasn’t hot either. Well at least I gave them a chance but I am a Taste of Greece fan and really think I will always stick with those guys! They are my favorite Greek spot!

We have both eaten there twice. First time was take out. Live three minutes away and everything was cold when we got home. Gyro sandwich was all onions and the thinnest cuts of meat. Blah. We decided to give it a second chance and have it delivered. The order was even worse. Cold and tasteless gyro, with hardly any meat.
Avoid this place. Not very good at all.

A friend first recommended this place with «the food is always so fresh». She was right. The food is delicious and the portions are massive. I even had them cater a luncheon at my house. My order arrived hot and on time. A definite 5 stars.

Place was empty. owner sat across from us telling us how good the food was… a big turnoff. Gyro meat cut way to thin for the price. If customer is not happy with a meal they shouldn’t have to pay for it or be pushed into paying for it. and last thing cooked to order? You mean microwaved to order… and least 5 times we heard the microwave go off… not going back

The food is very bland. I bought a gyro and it came out to $ 10 without a drink or french fries. Hope they can make it with these prices and lack of flavor. Very mediocre. Uninspired food.

This is the third time I ordered for home delivery and the got it wrong. This time I complained. They said they would fix it at my expense. A lot of hassle for adequate food. The delivery was convenient but not worth it.

The first few times we came here the portions were a good size, the food was cheap and good but with each time we’ve gone back since it has been disappointing. Honestly the inconsistency, the messing up of our order and the smaller portion sizes for the same money turned us off. Can’t wait for a taste of Greece to reopen. They are my favorite local Greek restaurant

I came across this place on a whim and was really surprised at how good it was. The pork souvlaki was delicious, basically melting in my mouth and very flavorful. The Tzatziki was out of this world, and the Greek salad was fresh and delightful. I am Greek from Astoria and know Greek food — this place is one of the best Greek food places around hands down. Will come back again this summer for sure.

It’s a fly-​by-​night fast food joint. We ordered seven sandwiches to-​go and they were all cold by the time we got them. My souvlaki meat was undercooked and the tzatizki sauce was tasteless.

Driving around looking for quick lunch and came upon this new Greek place. Place is small and to my surprise full. I orders a chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken is great. Nicely seasoned and very juicy. Fries were ok but I would have definitely would have taken the lemon potatoes if I was sitting down. We need places like this on Long Island, small family owned and make good food. I hope they succeed and maybe more traditional cooked Greek food.

We ordered gyros today and they were delicious! They gave me some Greek yogurt to sample with honey and it was sooo good. Very creamy… Move over Fage! The staff was so warm and friendly. The restaurant was cozy and very clean. I will definitely be coming back!
