McDonald’s

I am a regular customer here most every weekday morning. The morning staff is always a pleasure. Vivian and Fermina are the best. Lately there has been a morning manager named Teresa. She is very unfriendly and has poor customer service skills. I came in today at 5:07AM. The door was still locked. This is the second time in 2 weeks. This location has improved so much in the past year, too bad there is someone like Teresa there now. She will surely take the place backward.

I go to this location a couple times a week. It has a nice dining area and the employees are very friendly. There is sufficient parking and two drive thru lanes. The food quality has been pretty good, except I really miss the dollar menu…

**** update *** no less than 5 minutes after posting this review, it appears that the same old creepy manager sent me a nasty message on Unilocal!I have contacted corporate and screen shot his account along with his picture which I will post. This guy is a creep!
Ask for something. They charge you, whose job is it to get the order right? Certainly not mine! I do however have to always check because as usual, the orders are always wrong. Then the manager snaps at me for not paying for what I ordered, as if I personally entered the pictures on the machine and clicked the NO cheese button. I absolutely do not understand why they think they deserve $ 15 an hour. I would rather enter the order myself, a least I won’t get angry at anyone or yelled at by a manager– who by the way can benefit from some customer service retraining :)

Yes, I know this is McDonald’s and I should expect mistakes from any fast food chain.
I’m not reviewing based on food quality or inside décor.

Drive thru @ 9pm on Friday was NOT busy compared to the one in Azusa on citrus ave.
Ordered their new artisan chicken sandwich. I was really craving just a crispy chicken sandwich, lettuce, bacon and mayo. Didn’t see on the menu so I opted for buffalo chicken no buffalo, no blue cheese and no tomato, large fries and 20pc nuggets for my bf lol.
I only received 10 pcs biggies and the sand which had no bacon and no mayo.
Called the next day and to my surprise I was not hassled, questioned or corrected by the manager? I’m not sure but that was extremely sweet, she heard my problem and said she would take care of me!
When I arrived the employees were really friendly and they totally wanted to give me my order again for free, it wasn’t a big deal for me since I don’t eat mcdonalds all the time so tbh I was ok with just 10 pc nuggets and a plain cheeseburger. They seemed surprised since there were basically giving me free food, but I was totally ok with what was mine.
(They gave me free coupons, too) thanks so much!
Anyways, it was a pleasant moment.
And that should be known.

Horrible service, the guy at the window was rude, I made 2 clear orders it couldn’t get figured out manager accused me of being a liar on my order, then checked my receipt, then I asked him why does he need to check because everything was accounted for on receipt, he was some young fat kid he said he needed to make sure. Then I asked why his crew couldn’t get it right the 1^st time, he responded ok sir and disregarded my concern. He then continued to forget my sweet n sour after checking my receipt, I was forced to go back inside then I readdressed my concern with said manager, seeing how he checked receipt thoroughly how he forgot sweet n sour having ordered it at intercom and requesting once more at window, he then denied looking at receipt I continued to stress I saw you he then he continued to disregard and talk over me” have a good day sir, have a good day sir. I am concerned on his training and his rejecting customer concerns. He forgot 2 of the 3 sausage my muffins. Truly I felt disrespected by this child of a manager, I shall not return

I order Iced Coffee and Sausage Muffins at this location almost every morning, the operator at the drive through are always on point and was able to drive off with my order in less than 10 minutes.

Besides them completely screwing up my order today, I have always had a problem with their lack of training in customer service… in the drive thru, their first words are not «hi, hello, or how are you», it’s «your total is…» Then to make it worse, their last words to you are not «thanks, thank you, or have a nice day», instead it’s «here you go» and they walk away… Unacceptable! And it’s happened on numerous occasions. My first job 27 years ago was at McDonald’s, but we were trained properly.

This place usually take long or makes mistakes on orders. They also do not accept The Super Value Fundraising Card.

I went to this mcdonalds and the little manager, I believe his name was Mike was rude. I asked for an older manager and he said I’m 18. He said my name mike, and I was like okay?

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in California! Tonight was a new low when I went through the drive thru and halfway through ordering the girl said «hold on» and then I had to start the order from the beginning. If that wasn’t bad enough, the same girl forgot to give me my chicken wrap with the rest of my order and when I asked for it she just quietly stared at me. Then she turned around, grabbed it, shoved it at me and said nothing. No sorry, nothing. Terrible service!

Didn’t care too much for the long wait at the drive-​thu, but the food met expectations.

Nice clean place. Usually come here for a quick breakfast on the way to work. Staff nice too. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s

Yea i been eating MC Donalds for many years and i know its not the best but it fills you up and get going with your day. This Mc Ds… yea i got sick for two days off their big mac and ms nuggets… two days that was the last thing i ate. Had to say something.

Your service sucks.
At approximately 10:56 P.M. we arrived at McDonald’s, got out of our vehicle and were just about to enter the McDonalds building when this young girl quickly comes to the door to let a patron out and then slams the door on our face and locked it.
I looked at my watch and she looked at me (running her finger along her neck) to imply that the place was closed, despite additional patrons inside. Then she briskly walked away disappeared and hid in the back.
This is by far the most rudest behavior I’ve ever seen displayed by a McDonald’s employee.
So we ended up taking our business dowm the street to Michaels where they had outstanding customer service.
Food is usually pretty good at this place

you’re not in Baldwin Park… you’re in Irwindale… duuuuuh…

I’ve been here like twice, and both times I had issues. I believe a year or two ago the issue was them not letting me order something I get at every other McDonalds, which pissed me off. Or maybe they were trying to charge me for a side of tartar sauce or something stupid and totally ridiculous that other McDonalds don’t ever do. Anyway, regardless.
I went here last week and it was a million degrees out, and I had my dog so I had to sit outside. Well I asked them if they could just bring my order out. and she said «No, sorry, we are only allowed to take to-​go orders out to cars, not the patio»… what the fuck? Umm. how does that make ANY sense? You can’t even bring a tray out to your own patio, which is exactly the same distance, and obviously less creepy than walking up to a stranger sitting in their car. Stupid, annoying.
No complaints about the food, or the speed of service.

One of my favorite locations to visit. They are fast, accurate and provide great food that is hot and fresh.

Yea, I can come here on Unilocal and slam this place because it’s a McDonalds and obviously an easy target, but I’m not going to do that. By and large, the lines here are usually short, the food has always been pretty good and fresh, and the lobby area is clean. That’s all I need from a restaurant.
During the week, lunch is patronized by adults, and the absence of a kid’s playground DEFINITELY enhances the dining experience.

This Mcdonalds was pretty close to where i use to work and i loved the fact that they had like 2 seperate ordering stations for the drive thru and took multiple orders so even if they had alot of cars it was pretty much in and out. They were pretty good with the orders and hardly made any mistakes.
