NO YELLOW CHILIES!!! — Came in to order food for my daughters, I have never came to an IN-​N-​OUT and was told that they have no more chilies. I was stunned by this, I know things do happen and they might have just fell short on ordering enough for the day. I was also told that they are having a shortage of Chilies and for a temporary time they will not be having anymore until further notice. IS THIS TRUE? or was the employee giving false information?

I love in n out. Just not this one. 3rd time they get my order wrong and favor the left hand lane. This one is even slower than the La puente store. The staff knows they take forever for service and when you get up to the window dont even apologize for the wait when the line only had 3 cars in it. Instead they give a condescending «have a great day» because I am not smiling about the poor service and wrong order! I didn’t say anything to them other than I did to want lettuce in my double double. Ugh! Never coming here again…

They are the same everywhere; long drive through lines by car and on foot. But who doesnt like their food? They do the best they can to make the lines shorter but it always grow back… LOL.

Who doesn’t love In N Out? You can never go wrong eating here! Animal style cheeseburger & the animal style fries, oh so yummy! Fries were a tad bit salty today, which made me super thirsty throughout the day. And don’t forget the Neapolitan milkshake which is oh so delish!

They only gripe I have with this in n out in particular is that they tend to mess up orders. It’s happened a few time when i get a single cheeseburger instead of a double double, or I just don’t get a burger at all. It’s been better recently but maybe the small space creates a disorganization which is understandable considering how long the drive thru lines get.

Asked for 2 spreads and chili. Ended up getting two almost empty small containers of spread for my 2 orders of fries and 2 burgers. I’ve never received spread this way before and if I knew, I would have got at least 5. It was barely enough for one order of fries This practically tainted my very anticipated meal after a long day of work. Thanks Daniel Vi for dropping the ball…

By far one of the best burgers in the whole entire universe maybe in the entire Galactic Empire. The burgers are just way too fresh too good to delicious too yummy for my tummy love this food it is the bomb best ever. If you ask me God himself created this place with his own hands and put in the in phenomenal ingredients in the burgers

This is one of the classic original In-​N-​Outs. Great service as always. Drive thru line can be busy during meal times but it is one of the less busy ones in the areas due to its location away from the freeway and the double drive thrus, although I always park and order at the window anyway out of habit and to not waste fuel. Walk up, order, and people watch the drive thru line.
As usual, the tip for getting fresh fries is to order them varied — I generally order them well done or light well. Animal style double double, extra lettuce, fries well done, and a cup or water or a shake if I feel like I want to eat a lot is my standard order.

This is the slowest in n out I have ever been to! Took 40mins… and almost 10mins after we paid. for one double double order!!! Was very unorganized inside the booth… couple workers not doing anything… this was disappointing for a place we love to frequent. Just won’t go back to this one…

I remember going here 50 years ago on the way too church with the folks
I even remember when they moved to this location
(It was originally on the north side of the street about 2 blocks west)
The prices are higher BUT the food is just as good
Always a line in the drives and at the walk up window
Even though there is No dining room, just eat in the car or outdoor tables
Wow the memories… double double grilled onions and pickle. Fires and a Vanilla shake

@ Shai W– how do you know they don’t in the first place? The QA for In-​N-​Out is top-​notch, and those associates must follow strict guidelines. Are you there in the early AM watching the crew? Those guys work their A$$E$ off to clean before the stand opens at 10:30AM-lately they have been hampered by new roofing and AC installation, not to mention attending to deliveries, steam cleaning, etc. Dealing with the random, overnight transient population that is present is no pleasure, either. Give ‘em a break…
PS…Never heard about any of the adjoining neighbors complaining about the smell from In-​N-​Out, though.

Fast and friendly service. Cashier graciously added my chocolate shake on to order at the window after the order taker had sent it in from her tablet. In just a few minutes, our order was served from the payment/​pickup window. We found a spot in their lot to park and found plenty of outside-​dining-​only tables to choose from in which/​to sit at.
Our «Protein style», bunless, burgers were simply yummy! The fries were a tad soft and lacked the usual In-​N-​Out crunchy outer surface. We were all hungry and chose to eat the fries as is instead of returning them for a redo. There would’ve been a wait.
The restroom was clean!
We watched as a new hire was shown the ropes in maintaining cleanliness of the outdoor eating areas. A suggestion: please take another second to thoroughly bleach the dining table tops.

I’ve enjoyed this place for 3 years. I work in the area so I can walk or drive to it very easily. The quality hasn’t not taken a dive. People are still nice and genuine. Much like any good place with a wait, the only thing you have to contend with is the lines and crowd.
This is a smaller/​vintage In-​N-​Out that still has outdoor seating and parking. The area is always clean and presentable. My animal style Double-​Double still makes my mouth water every time I order it. Always look forward to eating here on my lunch breaks.

Plenty of outside seating and for dogs, but not much of grass area for dogs to do their thing.
Service was great, super friendly and food was really good.
It’s in-​n-​out, what more can I say? Do try inside vs. drive through as it’s a bit better.
Bathroom was alright, two stalls for female, but not too bad.
