Great quality quick breakfast and lunch spot! Besides the food being fresh and good quality, the staff are really friendly and personable! Angela and Lisa treat you like you are part of the family! I usually go with a grilled chicken hoagie #3 or a large tuna salad. Nice size portions. Parking is very ample. Prices are very reasonable. My regular go-​to spot when I am on the run!

Café Bala (formerly known as the Lunch Box Café) has been around for nearly 20 years in the basement (ground floor) of an office building (150 Monument Road). Open Mon — Fri from 7 AM — 3 PM only it offers simple breakfast and lunch items — including one hot platter special each day.
Lisa is a sweetie and will take your order and cook your food.
They also do corporate catering for sandwich platters at lunch or simple breakfast trays.
Glad to have them in the building!
