I despise this Starbucks! It shouldn’t even be called Starbucks but rather«StarCLUCKS» for all the chicken head bitches that work there. The area is always dirty and unkempt. The chickens are always pecking about and have no customer service skills whatsoever! If there is one thing I cannot stand is people in customer facing positions who obviously hate customers! I say«Hi, how are you?» No reply. «Okay, I will take a …» Reply… «Oh we don’t got none of that!» No bitch, what you really meant to say or what my cynical mind believes more or less ‘it’s 10am we ran out and I don’t feel like making any more! Plus, my shift over in a hour, ain’t nobody got time for all that!‘ Way to pass the ‘BUCK’. Pun, truly intended! My request was simple… I asked for a piping hot blonde in large cup to which I could add all my sweetness and cream! Pleasant Patty, aka me, «Ok, then I guess I will have XYZ» and the chicken just clucks on…. Never gives me a total, asks for my name, never asks if I need room for all the other stuff I like to add, just minimal words to be exchanged. Although Target failed miserably to afford a convenience to its shoppers, I am just as happy to my way to the promenade adjacent to the Target and go to the REAL Starbucks! You know, the one with the eclectic vibe, funky music playing in the background, clean seating areas inside and out, free wifi, with an overall inviting atmosphere that says ‘Hey guy, you … Yeah you ! Come, have a seat… I got your fix. Stay awhile!‘ After all isn’t that what Starbucks is known for? If I wanted shitty service from ‘Shenika and dem’ then I’d go get my coffee from the gas station for 99 cents! Alright, I’m done my tirade! I just needed to put that out there! Oh and one last thing, Unilocal! Where the hell is the negative star button⁉

Do not go here if your in a rush. Mid morning and they still took an extremely long time to make my drink. 4 employees and only two working. One guy loafing around the shop trying to look busy. Brutal

This Strabucks is inside the Target on City Ave. I am not a coffee drinker however every so often I get the hankering for a yummy chai tea latte. As I meandered up to the counter I couldn’t help but hear three employess in a heated conversation. I suppose I wouldn’t have minded so much if they were helping me at the same time but I was disregarded for several moments. I finally placed my order for a tall, skinny(made with skim) chai te latte. It is my habit to always ask if it is made with skim because the consequences of me having whole milk can be quite detrimental! So once my order was made I asked«Made with skim?» to which the barrista replied«did you ask for it with skim?» I looked at him like he was crazy because he was rude and just assumed that I didn’t! In any event, I told him I had and he made it correctly. When it was ready though he just placed it down and walked away. So overall the service here leaves something to be desired. On a plus note, there is ample seating as well as free WiFi.

This Starbucks is inside Target. Staff here ranges from Happy and excited to serve you to unhappy to be alive. Drinks made here do not have the same care and attention paid to them as other Starbucks have. Sometimes they are spot on, other times they are a bit miss. Another huge down side to this location is that you cannot redeem free drinks here. After trying to do get my free drink 3 times each time being told that it was used, only to see my gift card balance sink. Then I complained to one staff member who informed me that this location is unable to redeem them. And that is okay, but tell me! I give this place an extra star for being so convenient. The lines can be long but if you need a pick me up while shopping… this is your spot. No need to even go outside.
