Awful customer service. It took months to get our security camera’s installed, they still don’t work right and when the cameras go out, it takes days for them to come in and service them.

Just recently switched to TelTec and have been very impressed, from their monitoring facilities, to the installation, and consequent monitoring of our business. I like the fact that they are monitored locally by their own company, and not shuttled out to a call service or nationwide call center. They did not try to lock me into any type of monitoring contract. Their monthly fee, as well as their equipment, was super competitive with other companies.
Their installers were very professional and thorough in their work. You can’t prevent crime from happening, but at least with an alarm system, you can hopefully deter it somewhat. I feel very comfortable having chosen Tel Tec. The fact that they’re a local company with long standing roots in the community helps.
