Cost Less Applinace, Heating & Air Conditioning Repair

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***
To make it very simple they sent over 2 people (early 20’s) one dressed in street clothes, the other in a company uniform from another company. They arrived in a CAR!!! The person in uniform seemed to be the TRAINEE! They checked my washer and said it was ok. I asked if the shaft was supposed to be that loose and he said no, that it was a little more loose than normal but they will call you with an estimate in ½ hour. They took the check I gave them for the service charge (29.99) and went straight to the bank and cash it. They called us back and gave us a $ 300 estimate. Shady if you ask me. My advise is to do more research and look for reviews!!!

The customer service with this Cost Less Air Conditioning is beyond upsetting. They will schedule your appointment and then, without informing you, change it. They had me wait at my home for an extended amount of time and never showed up, when I called to see what had happened the lady who answered the phone stated they were busy and they would be changing my appointment to the following day. I waited all morning and well into the afternoon and finally decided to call for a 2^nd time and once again the lady stated they were busy and the tech would ‘be there soon’. I waited another hour because we were getting close to closing time and finally called back, the initial person who answered the phone was apologetic but when I asked to speak to a manager I was transferred to the same woman that has no customer service skills. She did not apologize, she said they were still busy and that she had another call and hung up! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY and I highly suggest you look somewhere else if you value your time!

They came out same day I called– within 4 hours, were cheap and fixed my air conditioning quickly.
