Action Now Property Management

As renters, our dealings with Action Now Property Management have been very professional. They respond to our inquires rapidly, often less than an hour, and have treated us with respect and kindness. The lease procedure is somewhat bulky (37 pages) but thorough. If you are looking for a company to care for your home rental, I would recommend them.

We rented a home for 2 years with Action Now Property Management. The entire staff was professional, kind, and responded to questions, comments or concerns immediately. The lease agreement and pet policies are clear, concise and reasonable. I enjoyed working with Action Now and would recommend them for any property management needs.

12 years ago, I was given military orders to relocate to California. I called 4 or 5, Property Management companies in the Bremerton area and only one call back — Action Now Property Management. Lindsey and her staff have managed my property ever since. Regardless of where the Navy moved me, they have always kept me informed with monthly inspections, recommendations on what to renovate when each tenant (s) moved out, and I have barely went without a tenant in these last 12 years — even with my strict rules on what kind of tenant I wanted. I have been extremely happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone; especially Military. (When stationed overseas and on deployments, I had no concerns and they were always courteous with the time differences) Every repair, incident, concern was vetted through me with options. Additionally, I agree with the comment about their professionalism, they have earned my loyalty and praise. I won’t deal with anyone else.

Rented a house from action now for 4 years. They were generally very strict and win/​lose in their dealings with us (particularly on move-​out). Would recommend trying another property manager. Landlords have immense power over tenants when determining the fate of the damage deposit and other fees; Action Now was however, as another reviewer points out, always very professional.

We are a Military family and are experienced renters. We were very happy with the service we recv’d from Action Now. They were prompt in responding to issues and provided solutions that were very reasonable. I think some people who find them to be «rude» should understand that what they really are is «professional».

Extremely rude staff, almost got the impression it was a scam for rental properties when I called.
