Where shall I start… Well for a company that is named Details they do not pay any attention to «details». Incorrectly spelled signors names on our lease, interrogated us about misinformation about us having a pet. After starting the process of creating the new lease after we found a place we liked, they tried to bamboozle us into paying($ 1650) in addition security deposit just because we were moving from out of state. Also the move in amount changed three times because the«math was off». There were also the service calls, had to call three different times on one issue. The service issues not even acknowledged till an in person visit to their office was initiated by us. I have never had a cordial interaction with the Details Property Management staff. Pretty unprofessional…

****Update**** If I had already mentioned that Jonathon«couldn’t really answer any of my questions» then no, he wasn’t using his phone for work, Heidi. He barely played a part in trying to show off the rental. Don’t get me wrong– the house as great. But if the property manager showing it off is extremely unprofessional and cannot not provide any information to a potential tenant who is willing to throw their money out for a new home, then it’s obvious to me he is not suitable for a job. Wake up– if you have this many bad reviews from people who dealt with Details and were unsatisfied, then SOMETHINGNEEDSTOCHANGE!

Heidi, thank you for editing your response to try and conceal all that I went through with you two. It sounds great and that’s what you should aspire too! But, the fact that Julie called nonstop pestering for money, trying to have me call the HOA, when she KNEW I would be charged extra fees, and wanted me to sign documents right away locking me in is the facts that happened. Your«professionalism» screams loudly. I’m glad I didn’t rent from you too because it appears I would have had to pay a lot of fees that you weren’t disclosing and knew about or should have since you were supposed to be managing the property. The bottom line. The only line. I should NOT have to deal with an HOA if there is a PM. Period. Thank you. Good day.
