Every time I’ve ordered here tbe food is fresh and it’s my correct order. This last time though the General manager charged me and he was just very friendly. Had a smile and was fast. My husband asked if we were able to go through the drive thru and he said yes of course and we ended up leaving he thanked us and said see u in drive thru next time. He made me feel important. He was so friendly especially for being. the GM. most managers look like they hate their job. Hope to see him again next time! The drive thru is convenient and inside its small but clean.

Always been the best pizza hut ive ever been too.
The pan pizza is phenomenal, i always do bacon, pineapple, pepperoni. Mmmm. they have crust flavor options and thats always a plus.
Wings have improved majorly!
Do not try to devils cut jim bean sauce. Tasted like coconut with bbq. No original.
The best fries ever compared to my fav sweey potato and red robins steak cut fries. I love the new cajun fries. Extremly delicious.

Best Pizza Hut you could order from they are very helpful and quick and the consistent I was having trouble ordering online and Maurice was nice enough to give me the deal and got my cheese sticks. Maurice went out of his way to help me out and get my pizza right how I want it now. Happy costumer

Exceptional customer service today. Had a minor issue with my quepapas that was rectified immediately. Maurice is an outstanding employee; he handled the situation very well and did extra that was not expected not asked for. Love it almost didn’t go back last time but it’s funny how one person can make all the difference. Especially in a business. They can get my bfs money for pizza any day.

So far im annoyed. 2 reasons i came to this pizza hut. 1. Drive thru 2. $ 5 deal. why. Im annoyed they don’t honor the $ 5 deal Thats all over the tv and on flyers. Just because. Which in my book is really lame. I hate franchises that pull that bs. Get with the program. Everyone else is doing it. Your branded. You’d think it would be stanard. Ugh nothing more annoying. Not to mention i haven’t had a pizza hut pizza since a company pot luck. We’ll see. I paid full price. I hope its good. Oh and they charged me for a ranch to go with the wings. Isn’t a (one) dipping sauce complimentary? Smh

I have enjoyed the 20% internet coupons for months, now they don’t apply to many items on the menu??? That’s OK, I just went to Dominoes and got a great deal!
Sorry Pizza Hut Azusa, there are other great Pizza Places that don’t practice bait and switch.

The customer service here is amazing! I’m not sure if the man who helped me is the manager or not, but I ordered 4 medium pizzas and they ran out of medium pizza crust. So when I got there the man who helped us said he ran out so he made us large pizzas instead at no extra cost.
The thing is, the same happened to me before at the Glendora location, and they called and said they canceled my order.
I am definitely gonna come to this location from now on. The customer service is beyond what you expect.

The pizza does not taste the WaY it used to. The crust was hard. Very disappointed and will not go back.

We ordered the new hotdog pizza and it was prepared exactly as ordered, i just don’t prefer the crust as much as other pizza places. But all was good especially the service and they charged a fair price for this unique treat.

I had a great experience at this location. The manager on duty was extremely professional and proactive for a mistake an employee made. I will gladly return and recommend family and friends here. Thank you for making a bad situation into a good one. The pizza was fresh and hot. I ordered carry out.

Will never order from this place again! Since I got a new cell number they can’t find me in there system, I tried to give my old number and the lady could not find it, I asked if they could break 100 $ dollar bill, she said no — so I asked if I can pay with my card she said no sorry since there wasn’t a current number for me. I’ve order pizza from the place more then 3x last month, 10÷31÷14 will not return! There is always something wrong with my orders if I could I would have gave zero stars. fyi=4 large pizzas wings and soda cancelled for there lack of knowledge/​issues! Surprising improvements to their pizza. We did a taste test with local Papa John’s & Pizza Hut. We were surprised to have Pizza Hut be the clear winner.

Ordered large pizza and breadsticks. Unfortunately the pizza was good but the breadsticks were hard! I give this a 2 star.
Kind of a disappointment because I was really looking forward to the breadsticks. First and last time.

Service was bad and the think crust pizza sucks. It’s like eating a giant saltine with pepperoni and cheese on it. I ate it anyway because I’m poor and I didn’t want to waste money. #brokecollegeprobs

This is the way you order a Pizza Hut Pizza: Large for $ 11.99 which has unlimited toppings. Get half with hawaiian and the other half with Supreme. Pan Crust and Extra Sauce. When you bring it home, now this is my secret: You put the pizza on a non adhesive sticking pan and let the bottom cook until it’s crispy. Now you have a pizza with the texture of crispy breadsticks at the bottom. OMG! okay keep calm and carry on. By the way, this location never fails on making good pizza. Great staff and management.

This Pizza Hut has got to be my favorite. The staff is outstanding and the Manager Maurice is very nice. It’s people like Maurice that go above and beyond that make me choose Pizza Hut vs any local competitor pizza place.

Awesome! Got the big dinner box, asked for extra sauce on the pizza and actually got it! A LOT of pizza places (and other Pizza Hut locations) never add extra sauce when I ask, so this was amazing to me. The worker was quick and polite too. Can’t wait to eat more mmmm

Purchased a large pizza 1.5 weeks ago during their special 50% off deal on line (order any pizza and get 50% off) and choose this particular location to pick up our order since this was the closes to our home.
It really has been quite a while since i have had pizza, let along Pizza Hut pizza. The last time I had it was probably 5+ years ago and I remember it tasting good/​okay. So on line, my husband and I decided to get the chicken supreme pizza with stuffed crust (mmm, stuffed crust…) and the total came a little under $ 9 (including tax, with the special 50% discount deal).
Anyways, we got a message from Pizza Hut on line letting us know that our pizza would be available in 15 minutes, so we left our home right away and headed over to this location. This was our 1^st time coming here and what was pretty cool about this location is that they have a pick up drive thru (I believe this is just for pick up, not for ordering). So we didn’t have to get out of the car and we didn’t have to wait too long. The guy behind the counter was with another customer inside, but he acknowledged us and we didn’t have to wait too long. We paid with credit card and the transaction was pretty easy.
Fast forward to our dinner table and my 1^st bite. I thought the pizza tasted good, with the exception of the crust. The crust kind of reminded me of a store bought or a reheated frozen pizza crust. The chicken was good and there was plenty of cheese on the pizza. I liked the stuffed crust, which was a nice change from a pizza unstuffed. Overall, I would rate this pizza average, along with our entire experience.
By the way, this Pizza Hut location is located in the same plaza as AppleBee’s, and also across the street from Chick– Fil-​A. This is also plenty of parking in case you do not want to go through the drive thru.

Every time i have ordered from this particular pizza hut, i always get problems from the manager! I don’t know his name but he is so rude to me! This time i came in to pick up my pizzas and free wings with a coupon, and he wouldn’t accept our coupons. There was nothing on the coupons that said we couldn’t use two coupons with two people ordering them! So we said forget it cancel our order and we will just go get them at another pizza hut. After much grunting and talking under his breath, he said fine he will take them. I don’t know if he was scared that we were right and he was refusing us, or if he just didn’t know how to use the cash register, but we got what we came for and said thank you. He didn’t say thank you, you’re welcome, bye, nothing. Just ignored me and grunted like a pig and mumbled under his breath.
This was the second time i had to deal with this so called manager and after this i will never order from this store again. Save the drama and treat people with respect. If you’re having a bad day, go home !
