Dalia’s Pizza

Normally I always order delivery from this place because it’s so good, but after today I will NEVER set foot inside to dine in! I called just to ask if the lunchtime buffet was available for dinner or is it only for lunch and the man on the phone was extremely rude and snappy saying he didn’t understand my question and got aggressive with me on the phone so I got aggressive with him then asked to talk to the manager and whoa and behold, he was the manager… think as a manager, you should set an example for your employees in customer service and phone etiquette

We came here to celebrate a Birthday and Dahlia’s. This place totally exceeded our expectations! The service with Lana was excellent! There was so much to choose from their buffet. Our family of 23 had the best time and the owner came to check and make sure everything was ok on his day off. We even watched NBA Finals game 2 and Mexico vs Uruguay soccer. Definitely a great time with great food!

Pizza is kinda greasy but the rest of the food is fantastic. I’ve been a customer for years and they never disappoint.

Some of the best pizza I’ve had by far. Defiantly coming back to order 10 more, for my friends and family.

Really good for ordering especially the pizza, but that buffet not so much.
My specific complaint would be that when I ordered pizza it was great, when I went to the buffet it was completely different.

I have ordered to go pizza’s twice and each time they are still hot when I get home, and they are soo nice there, this place jumped to #1 on y pizza list. Two thumbs up!

WARNING: we called ahead specifically to pre-​order gluten-​free pasta. Gluten is wheat protein.
We arrived for lunch and some of our group started on the lunch buffet (the pizza was cold btw). However, the gluten-​free pasta was nowhere in sight. It actually took 45 minutes to get to the table.
Not 45 minutes from when we called, 45 minutes after arrival.
The GLUTEN-​FREE pasta arrived with BREAD ON THE PLATE. Let that sink in. Additionally, my wife is sick now from cross contamination.

My sister took us here for lunch. She suggested this place because of the buffet. Buffet table had salad, pizza, pasta and soup. There was a food warmer where the pizzas were but the pizzas were cold. I checked if the warmer was on and it wasn’t!
Other than the cold pizzas, the other food was okay. $ 7.99 for lunch. Can’t expect too much for that price.
The two stars are mainly for the very attentive waitress.

This is a nice pizza. Prompt delivery. Not a chain. Four stars because it didn’t blow my mind. I did eat four slices in one sitting, however. One star per slice.

Saved my order from last time, always fast and delicious! As simple as 3 clicks and it’s on its way… gotta love technology

My favorite delivery pizza place BY FAR!!! NOT ONLY is their pizza incredible, all of their other dishes are too! (The pastrami sandwich is the most perfect sandwich) their delivery is always on time and super nice. I’ve never once had an order made incorrectly… and I order here quite often Pastrami pizza is seriously feirce if you’ve never tried it, you’re missing out on life.

I dont think i like any other pizza really!
One thing that i love about Daliah’s is that ir always comes to your door nice and hot! My usual is a large pizza with 10 wings (that come with french fries) and a calzone for later or next morning. Lol i know its alot but so damn good!
One thing that i kinda like is that when its so hot its just to soft and all the cheese is so melty!

Just wanted to recognize the fantastic young female cashier that helped me today she really made my pick up order visit super awesome this evening. Breadsticks were on point tho! I will definitely get high again when im back in the big «A» and swoop another pizza.

I really hope this feedback will be taken seriously and Dalia’s Piizza decides to take responsibility and to continue improving the quality of food. For, service and quality of food should be the upmost priority for any restaurant.
This is not just one bad experience. I have experienced mediocre food quality in the recent past, however, I did not complain before bc I thought i should just let it go and I continued putting my trust and giving them my business.
I do hope that my voice is listened so that future customers enjoy better quality food.
I ordered thin crust Hawaiian pizza this past Saturday, to my surprise it was not good at all and I am a thin-​crust pizza lover, DALIA’s thin crust experience was awful at least in my order.
Last night, being Sunday night, I ordered regular crust Hawaiian, and to my surprise I received a thin crust Hawaiian AGAIN, after the bad experience from the night before. And if it were possible, it was even worse-​tasting and even more neglected during its preparation, the dough was dry and lack-​of-​consistency. When I tried removing a slice to eat, the thin spread of toppings on the pizza would peel off. The quality of this pizza and its preparation was very poor.
Also in the recent past, their Chicken Alfredo pasta will sometimes come drenched in Alfredro sauce and it looks more like a soup.

Dalia’s is our go to for Pizza, beer and wings.
The pizza is delicious! We order pizza for a lot of our events at home. It’s got flavor and it is never soaked in grease. The delivery people are always very courteous.
The wings are great but not the best in town. I think they could be better.
Happy hour is a great time to go catch a game, with some good food and a pitcher of beer.

Better Experience… not a bad place. Price is right, food and service are good and portions are hefty. I ordered a garden salad and it was extremely fresh and came with olives, mozzarella cheese in addition to the normal stuff for $ 6…Caesar and Chefs were $ 2 more.
My wife ordered Lasagna which came with a very big salad, the lasagna portion was huge and delicious and it came with numerous pieces of garlic toast. Price was a very reasonable $ 8. Sodas were $ 2.50. That’s a darn good lunch for $ 10.50 considering a Subway Footlong, Coke and small bag of chips is darn near the same price.
My wife has been here before and said the pizza’s were excellent.
I’m adding Dalia’s to my list of places to consider when I’m hungry and don’t want to spend alot of cash.
Oh…and the atmosphere is bright, light and cheery. Lots of TV’s to entertain you and the place is spotlessly clean, to include the restrooms. Nicely done!

I received a flyer in the mail for $ 9.50 Sunday brunch so I thought I would try it out. The waitress asked me right away what I wanted to drink. I thought, incorrectly, that a beverage would be included in Sunday brunch. I was wrong! $ 2.50 for a soda and the brunch ended up being $ 12.99. For $ 16.89 I had a mediocre meal.
The food was pretty bland and the dishes didn’t have a lot of flavor. The salad bar was okay.
Service was friendly. When I paid the waitress asked me how I liked it and I told her the pizza had obviously been out a long time. She said she would have made another one… Too bad no one, I mean no one, came to check on me during my stay or offered a refill of soda.
Would I come back? Never. Would I recommend this «restaurant» to anyone? Nope.
