My husband and I came to King Jewelers after being discouraged with the prices of jewelry stores in Aventura Mall. When we walked in, we were very very impressed with their selection. I was on the market for a DateJust, and my husband for a Submariner. My husband and I were helped by Scott, he was extra helpful and took very good care of us, offered us drinks too! We had a great time. Everyone there is super knowledgeable of their products and of the jewelry industry as a whole. It was a very luxurious experience and they made us feel very special. Great prices and great people!!!

I purchased a Bulgari watch from these folks which was on sale. I was told by the owner it was on sale because King had decided to stop carrying the Bulgari line. I was told the watch was brand new, included an original Bulgari box, and all necessary paperwork necessary for a full Bulgari factory warranty. It was shipped to me without a Bulgari box and included no warranty paperwork. When I called to, inquire I was told there was nothing they could do. I contacted Bulgari management directly about the problem, and they advised me they had decided to drop King Jewelers as an authorized dealer for several reasons. That said, because of King’s dishonesty, I would never ever consider doing business with them again.

Beware, do not fall for the special on Tacori ring, they are not an authorized Tacori retailer. Tacori will not honor the warranty on any ring purchase from this retailer. Because of the poor quality of the wedding band along with missing authentication, I file a return based on their policy that «engraved wedding band may be returned». King Jeweler altered their return their policy in an attempt to avoid return.

They are as fraudulent as they come. Even street thugs are not that fraudulent.

My fiancé bought me a diamond ring from Scott the owner for $ 22.500 yes twenty two and a half thousand dollars !!! Omg it was taken to another JEWLER to be checked and just get second appraisal I wanted to know what he bought was worth what he paid cause it sure did not look that way to me well well well it was appraised at less than $ 5.000 yes 5grand so he immediately took it back only to have the worst experience treated very rudely because he would not except a STORE CREDIT!!! A store credit for $ 22.500??? Really who would want a store credit from a store that are so dishonest even the store worker” manny“said «so sorry» but Scott is a bad dude screaming yelling and insulting my fiancé it was the worst experience from a small little man about the size of a dawrf turning beet red looking like a poison dawrf stamping he’s feet… because he had no choice but to refund the money to AMEX so watch out people make sure you take the items bought in that store to be appraised and better yet don’t buy there at all… dishonest jewery dealers are not welcome in aventura or Miami I used to have my Bulgari watch serviced there but no more !!! It now goes to Bulgari in Bal harbor shoppes

I stopped by King Jewelers with my grandmother last week after visiting a series of Jewelry stores in the area. I come from high end retail sales so I know how to read people in sales. Bruce and Manny were at our service and impressed me beyond any expectation. Genuine customer service with the best price is what you will get at this location of King Jewelers.
As well as Manny and Bruce’s good deeds (they helped us with many things and went above and beyond) certainly stood out so does the amazing collection they carry. I’d like to consider myself a pretty stylish woman and there was nothing in this store any man or woman would not be blessed to wear.
Save your time and buy your lady her jewels here. I guarantee she will be beyond impressed!!! Just go in and look at this selection. Im a reader of people and these 2 gentleman I mention are truly going to do you well!

Tried to order a watch case on line. The price changed from $ 556. to $ 590. when I added it to my cart. Called the 888, Jim and he corrected it. Tried on line
again and now it wouldn’t place the order. Called 888 again and they processed the order by phone. Next day no e-​mail conformation, but they charged my credit card
$ 565. nine dollars more. Called 888 Jim said they made a mistake and would give a
credit «when he has time».I asked if they could do it soon and he replied
he had to do something for Mr. King. They then cancelled the entire order. inefficient,
pompous attitude.

Just had the worst experience ever at this pompous jewelers!!! I took my Chanel watch in for a simple bezel repair in May 2015. Despite repeated phone calls to them I was unable to get any update on my watch. Each time I called them they told me they had contacted Chanel but no response. I was told Chanel was on vacation for two months. I was told the watch was in New Jersey — that was a month ago. Today 7 months later I finally picked up my watch at the exorbitant price of $ 680 + tax!!! RIP OFFFFF. Not only that but the owner Scott King told me I was harassing them by calling every two weeks for an update. He called me sweetheart on the phone. I have never been so disgusted with service in my life!!! Pompous, overpriced and disgusting treatment!

Was there a few years ago and had a bad experience. Did not have a way to review then. I called the store today to ask if they had a specific watch in stock. The employee (Male) told me that I would have to come in to find out as he was to busy to check. Those were his exact words. I would have thought by so many years passing by would have changed the old snobby attitude. I see it has not. I’m glad I called before anyways since I live in Miami Lakes and would have been outraged to deal with the snobs in person.

I found Kings Jewelers here on Unilocal.I went on a Friday around 5 pm to fix fix three watches: two of them need it to be re-​sized and the third one was missing a piece…
Jenia was such a sweetheart, professional and honest regarding on the repair of these watches.
I got all three watches fixed at a very reasonable price and they where ready to pick up on Monday at noon.
And I can’t tell you enough about my excellent experience at this jewelry store.
Everyone acknowledged me and said hello. Not, to mentioned that I didn’t feel overwhelmed, neither intimidated by the associates… Excellent customer service and I would definitively come back…

What a class act this place is! I brought a ring made from some type of casting metal (basically, much worse than silver) in to be resized, and in the process of resizing it, it broke and they recast the ring out of silver, which is of course much nicer and more valuable than the material the ring was made out of, and much more beautiful. Jenia, the lady who helped me with all this, is a true gem, no pun intended! I am so very impressed by their excellent customer service, I’ve never seen a service provider go so above and beyond for their customers!
