I would not advise anyone to buy their jewelry here! My husband bought me a diamond love necklace not even a year ago and it snapped! Cheap quality! And when you ask if they can fix it they want to charge you $ 60 for something that should last at least one year! I don’t recommend anyone to but their jewelry and I will never wear this necklace! Such a waste of money!

Great place to look for an engagement ring .Went there a few times with my boyfriend inquiring about an engagement ring, I love the Leo diamond and think the sales people were pretty okay .Too pushy though because both me and my boyfriend can’t go back without them forcing a credit application or a ring down our throat. We now have two new Jared credit card account we don’t use or should I say one because My boyfriend on the other hand well, only time will tell.

The staff is unprofessional and rude. Blake will tell you he will follow up but he will not. Prepare to be disappointed by the staff working here. Unless you are spending thousands of dollars, they just do not care. Find someplace else to go, I’m sure they would match any price Jared would give you and might even provide you with better quality and customer service.

I’ve been standing here for about 20 minutes and have not once been acknowledged and two couples walked in after us and they got seen immediately. I feel as if it had to do with age and/​or race because we’re a young hispanic couple and the other two were young Jewish couple. After I started writing this review this lady just finished with one of the couples that I previously mentioned and said shes coming to see us now. And then she disappeared and took another couple after 10 minutes when they were there AFTER us. I am convinced it’s race !!! I’ll make sure to make it my ultimate goal to tell everyone about my experience and I am never recommending Jared to anyone.

Darrel and burgundy help me found the perfect diamond for my budget and custom my ring the way I wanted it. And she loves it !!!
Everybody has been really nice every time I called and ask questions

I just visited this Jared store to make a purchase and stood waiting at the counter for about 15 minutes and not one associate acknowledged me. I would have understood if it was a busy day but there were associates standing around and chatting. I know that I should have approached one of the associates but in fairness I also think I should have at least been asked if I was being helped. I felt as if my business was not wanted so I am surely never shopping at this store again. I got s totally different experience at another location which I will definitely visit for future purchases.
