Love this place! Came here today for my first time, I got a shellac mani and pedi. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Great location and great service, I will be back and tell everyone I know about it :)

I’ve been going to Wynn for a long time. The service has always been exceptional — great quality, pleasant atmosphere and fantastic nail technicians. I am greeted by name and directed to a massage chair. I feel like I spend the next hour relaxing and being pampered. I do try to schedule with them so I can get the technician I prefer(although they are all wonderful). It’s a great place to relax by yourself or be social with a group of women and wine. It’s a neighborhood business. Thanks Tom for keeping such a clean, we’ll run salon. Unilocal… Please do not remove this post again. It is legit.

My pink & white acrylic nails with gel overlay are smooth, perfect and finished in an hour! Love the deluxe mani & pedi. Lemon-grass or lavender scented masks soften my skin. Tom works me into his schedule between my international flights. Adore this superb team, my husband comes with me for mani– pedi too.

This is not the classiest, most upscale place to bring your gals to get their nails done but they hustle, work hard and really do try to deliver a good product. I will typically take my daughters to get their nails done here, buy gift certificates for my wife or staff. This past year, I took myself and my staff for our Christmas party. They also couple with The Grove to provide food and adult beverages while you wait and while your getting your treatment.

I have been going to the techs at Wynn Nails for almost 8 years(I followed them from another nail salon). They are courteous, professional and hard working. Everyone knows me by name, and I never ask for a specific nail tech because everyone does a great job. The prices are fair and it’s close to my home. The manager, Tom, never seems to have a bad day, and always greets me with a smile. Wynn is a great place. Stop in sometime.

I just want to give Katie and Hannah a great review for a job well done. Katie did an awesome gel nails manicure and Hannah took care of my pedicure. Wynn Nails on Bee Cave Rd is a great place to get a mani and pedi. It’s one of the nicer spas in this area. Drop by, you won’t regret it!

I have been going to Wynn Nails for 3 years now. The people who work there are awesome. So sweet and they even remember my name everytime I come in! They have changed owners and are even more organized now. For example, they now have free internet. Highly recommend this place! Tip: You can buy a glass of wine at The Grove a few doors down and drink it while you have your pedicure!

This review is only for NANCY. The best nail technician I’ve ever had. True story. I moved here from Chicago a few months ago and in Chicago, I’ve gone to really high end and some low end nail salons. I’ve been to Nordstrom Spa, Mario Tricoci and a few others but none of these come close to manicures I’ve had with Nancy. In Austin, I’ve been to Milk + Honey and Embellish as well as a few random places. About the salon: It’s your typical salon but the people here are friendly and nice enough. It is NOT fancy and no one will be offering you wine or organic iced tea made from hibiscus nectar. It is clean enough for my needs. Please note that I’ve never had any other services done, apart from manis and pedis. About Nancy: She’s unassuming and definitely alittle OCD. Well, I like my nail technicians that way because I know she’s going to put in a lot of care into making sure all that cuticle nasty business is gone. She takes longer than other technicians I’ve had because she is careful and clean about her workspace. Her tools are labelled and she is so finicky about her things and buys polish on her own dime because she wants her clients to get the best! Hello, can you get better service than that? You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and you know that is all you need. Whether you’re a doctor, a chef, a nail technician or bus driver, as long as you have pride in your work, I have alot of respect for you. I can’t say enough about the care she put into my nails. I only get Shellac Manis there and they always come out looking great and last longer than 2.5 weeks. And they cost $ 35. I get French Shellac manicures for $ 35. I don’t think I can find them anywhere else for that price, let alone such high quality. PS I’m only writing this review now because I’m leaving Austin and won’t need to ask for an appointment with Nancy. Because I know everyone will soon be asking for her after this review. I would bring her with me to wherever I’m going if I could…

Went with a friend, and eww!!! Very dirty place, I was really grossed out! The girl went to close and made my nail bleed, ouch– Then she cut my cuticle– these people are not very professional.

THEYDONOTSTERILIZE any of their tools. The manager tom is not even licensed. He gave everyone one set if tools and they use them over and over, even the foot buffer. The wax is reused as well. This place should be shut down. Carla was yelled at for using the autoclave to sterilize her tools just because it wears them out. So she now using her own and is the only one sterilizing them.

I went to wynn yesterday on a whim as it was close to my house. i had went about two years ago and had a terrible experience, but had a great experience this time. did a mani-pedi and they did a great job. also had a leg wax. My daughter went with me and was entertained on massage chair. I find places that don’t take appointments to be hit or miss sometimes. Until I have a bad experience, I’ll try here again.

I had a gift card to Wynn Nails. When I walked in, they got me started on my Pedi right away. Linda was my tech. She was great! She is young and sweet and spent a lot of time on the little details! I would recommend her for sure. I would give her 5 stars! But my rating for the whole salon is the fault of the wax lady. The lady that does the waxing needs to take a tip on how to actually do it! She was so rough. She would jerk my head around and would wipe my eyebrows with such force that I felt that they were chapped when I left. However, I did leave with a first degree burn on my left eye! The wax didn’t feel too hot, but she put it on too low on my eyelid and caused a burn. I guess it didn’t help that she was rubbing it over and over again either. Overall, I’d say get a mani/pedi here but don’t get your eyebrows waxed here! Even if it’s only $ 10, it’s not worth the ridiculous burn on your eyelid. Check out my profile to see a picture of my burned eyelid so you know I’m not making it up!

My cousin was in town and I was showing her how great Austin can be. We decided to stop at Wynn Nails for a pedicure on our way to a ballet performance. We had an hour and a half to get our pedicure and I asked when we walked in how long it would take, 45 mins maximum I was told. After 2 hours, my toenails were cut uneven, dirt was left under the nails, cuticles are a disaster and my toenails still were not painted. It was the slowest I had even seen someone move. We had to leave anyway and they said I could come back for them to finish the next day. Ummm, no thank you…

For a wedding I was in a few months ago, the bride and all of us b-maids went to get our nails done here. That manicure lasted for like THREE weeks. Promise. I don’t know how much it was, because it was on the bride’s mom’s dime. I took off a star because she didn’t soak the nails long enough, so the cuticle part hurt. And also I asked for French, started chatting with another bridesmaid, and then realized that I never expressed how«pink» I wanted it. Instead of natural-like, they were painted opaque baby pink. Not my favorite, but I appreciated the durability nonetheless.

Great way to get out of the heat and get pampered. Walked in on a whim and was seated in a chair right away. Probably one of the better massage chairs at nail places that I’ve been to(why are those remotes always so complicated to figure out?!) I got the Deluxe Pedicure, which for only $ 5 more than the regular included a delicious salt and sugar scrub. I have to admit, I love it when they beat my calves with their fists. There’s lots of chairs, and several different people walked in, but no one had to wait.(Granted, this was 3:00 on a Monday). Apparently, you can bring in wine from The Grove, too. Sweet! I may have to go back just for that!
