Walt helped us sell our home! Walt is a top notch guy; on both personable and professional levels. As a realtor he is the master of marketing, which goes a long way when trying to sell a house. Walt assisted with every step along the way (i.e. comp comparisons, price selection, professional home photography, professional home staging, house listing, thorough marketing, home viewing schedules, open house, HOME SALE, contract execution, etc.). He tirelessly provided feedback and information. He always made himself available. He effortlessly explained each and every question we had. Overall, Walt allowed for a smooth, worry-​free, exciting home sale. We received two solid offers within 4 – 5 days. Walt honestly had my family’s interests in mind the entire way. Very efficient, professional and responsive. We were coming from out of town, in the process of relocating to the Austin area and were lucky to have Walt work with us. Walt Reinhardt was an integral part of our house purchase from introduction to the signing. From the moment we met him, he educated us on everything we needed to know, everything we should know and anything else that could up in the process of the house hunting and purchase.
As first time home-​buyers, he spent three hours with us introducing us to the world of home-buying…on a Friday afternoon. He created a very welcoming way of teaching us about the ins and outs of how to proceed with a clear and educated mindset.
He always kept in close contact, was very responsive and was always on the ready to show us a house. He showed us about 15 homes, with several being shown more than once. He brought up ideas of where to look that we were not initially keen with, but ended up the very place he suggested. He knows the needs of his clients.

Walt is a fantastic realtor! At 49 and recently divorced, I did not think it was possible for me to buy a house on my own. There is no better realtor in Austin! Walt was very knowledgeable and clearly did his research on our neighborhood and comparable homes prior to the listing appointment. He hired a stager who really knew how to work with what we had to make our house look ready for photos and showings. The photographer was great and the pictures made all of the difference on our listing. Ultimately we had 12 offers in the first 48 hours and sold for well above asking. It was thanks to Walt’s ability to negotiate the offers and advise us on all of our options that made all the difference. Our only regret in working with Walt is that we sold our house to move out of Austin.
