Super nice and polite young lady working the counter tonight. They just need to fix the lady’s bathroom lock

2 stars because I love subway. The workers on the other hand aren’t very welcoming. Older Hispanic woman doesn’t take direction well either. I ask do a dash and she puts a huge amount. Not what I’m paying for. Never encountered this situation at any other subway. No bueno!

I live really close and crave fast food that isn’t a burger. The«sandwich artist» barely made eye contact with me and seemed very uncomfortable. Maybe it was all my tattoos? Then, a very obvious gay man walked in, and the«sandwich artist» grunted in disgust. I stood there with my mouth open. I guess I live in a progressive bubble free if bigots. Work at a different location, if you can’t accept the Eastside’s progressive culture.

Seems to be consistently understaffed at peak times. One employee at lunch on Saturday? C’mon. Madai is great, but get her some help!

I dropped by on Saturday at 1pm. The 1 person working the counter was extremely stingy with the ingredients; Considering that franchises are successful for providing the same level of mediocre service everywhere, I couldn’t help but feel disappointed. At least they didn’t drop my sandwich.

This place is just around the corner from my house so I decided to give it a try one day. «Big mistake, big» the sandwich«artist» dropped a sandwich on the ground, picked it up, tossed it and started to make another sandwich while wearing THESAMEGLOVES! I understand that the food service industry isn’t always the cleanest but this place doesn’t even try to hide the filth. Avoid this place or eat at your own risk.

I’m sure you’re familiar with Subway. This one is located at 7th and Chicon in Austin. The day I was there they didn’t have any spinach but my sandwich was still pretty good. Moreover, the people were quite pleasant and the store clean, in spite of it being the middle of the lunch rush.
