Sonance Rehearsal Studios

I am admittedly not a Unilocaler but this place was so perfect for what the band was looking for in a rehearsal space that I felt the need to share our experience. We had been using Space, which I enjoy as well, but the other four members of the band live in North Austin so I wanted to give them a break from the rush hour traffic.
This place has only been open for four months so it is super clean. The room we were in sounded incredible. The owners Tim & Terri, were friendly and very hospitable. Tim currently works as a department head & audio engineering professor at Austin Community College so he personally tweaked each room to sound great. I’m very happy that we found such a musician friendly space up North.
