Same experience as march reviewer. Four employees sitting around, only customer. No help, no offer to help. Guess I will stop thinking that Soma is the place to go for good bras and good customer service.

This is a small store, limited selection and feels cramped compared to the stores in Houston. Knew what I wanted, all sales associates were busy so I waited a bit longer, after 20 minutes of no eye contact, no «I will be with you shortly». I trotted out. Business must be too good as they are not looking for more.

Came back again to try on their pyjama sets and the salespeople here are so helpful and friendly. This is by no means an inexpensive store, but all of their items are so nice and well worth the price. The pyjamas are extremely comfortable, soft and come in different lengths to accommodate everyone. I’d definitely pick up a few more of the pyjama bottoms as seperate and will be back at some point to check out their bras. Still highly recommend Soma and am so glad I checked them out.

I am a difficult to fit customer who buys only bras and such that feel perfect. If it weren’t for the ladies at Soma measuring me and actually showing me what to buy… read: opening my eyes for the first time… I may have never found perfect harmony beneath my shirt. Also, you MUST buy a pair of the «cool nights» pj’s for the summer… heaven.
