Wow. I ordered a pizza under the $ 25 meal deal but what I got was some Frankenstein monster of an order. First, it took over 2 hours and the meal was cold. Then they forgot my cinnamon sticks and to top it all off, they charged me over $ 75 for the meal, and last but not least they got the pizzas wrong. I was told to call the next day and speak with a manager, Kim. Caller her and she said there was a problem with the phone and wanted to call me right back, she recited my number back but, guess what, she NEVER called me back. I had to call the bank and dispute the charges. Luckily I had proof of my order in an email and the delivery driver’s handwriting on the receipt to verify how they messed up. Stay away from this place and DONOT expect help from Kim. If you make a mistake own it and move on. Don’t ignore customers.

Worst service I’ve ever had. 3 hours later and still no delivery, estimated time was 1 hour. It was not a large or complicated order. There is no excuse for that. When I called in inquire about my order I was told it was leaving in 15min. An hour later I called back to ask again why I still hadn’t received it. The employee informed that my order had just left 3min ago and would not arrive to me for about 30minutes because the driver was going to a further location first. That’s still no excuse as to why 3 hours later I still didn’t have my order delivered. On the upside they did refund me very quickly upon cancelling my order.

Update: Ordered pizza again today to give this place one more try and guess what. 1 hour and 15 minutes later STILLNOPIZZADELIVERY! You never know what you’ll get with this place. Sometimes things are missing from the order, and sometimes(like tonight) you’ll have to wait 3hours to have pizza delivered. RI-DICULOUS. Cancelled order as fast as I placed it. *tisk tisk* Pizza Hut.

Pizza Disaster. Ordered carry out on a Saturday evening. I noticed the spinach was uncooked. They must have forgot it and just threw it on after cooking it. Ordered hand tossed crust. Way too much bread. Ended up scraping toppings on to other slices and tossing the hand tossed crust in the trash. The cheese tasted funny, unnatural. Not sure what they are using. Avoid these trash pizza places. I suggest Austin’s Pizza or Mangia Pizza for better quality. Even Double Dave and Dominoes is far better than Pizza Hut.

NEGATIVE5STARS They bug u with texting u offers and then when u try to use it. It’s always something different when u try to use it. I’ve ordered from this location for the last time. Everything was cold last time to begin with. This store is not to be bothered with. I live 1 mile from location and it takes an hour to get it most times. If u offer me 20 percent off then it shows my subtotal at 10 then denied me delivery because my subtotal wasn’t 10 well how’s that when it clearly shows it at 10. I have a screenshot of it but can’t post pictures. here how’s negative 5 stars on customer service alone.

WORSTSERVICEEVER. I order my pizza at 730 was given the time of 754… it arrived at 820… FREEZINGCOLD… when I called the manager all he gave me were lame excuses and offered a new pizza in 30 minutes and a refund. Um no thanks there’s no point in that. I live on wells branch 10 minutes with traffic from this location… he said his driver left at 750. soooo 30 minutes to drive maybe 5 miles. NO. on top of that they have a new employee with 0 training telling me my order was deleted(I called because it was late) at this point I’m livid. I have been ordering from pizza Hut my whole life… I NEVER order anywhere else. But now I refuse to order from this poor excuse of a business. This place needs better management and to train their employees before throwing them on the phone. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

Never fails, every time(a good 5 times) I order frm this pizza hut location they always get my order wrong. They have careless, young, incompetent ppl working here. I usually give place a few chances but this last go round was the last. If you want whatever they give you, then this is your spot. If you want what you order and pay for then go else where.

There is not much to say. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, but I have had great service from this location. The cashier’s are always very nice. I love the meat lover’s pan pizza, but I really disliked the stuffed crust. The cheese tastes sweet? It doesn’t flow well. It looks like it is carry out or delivery only though. I will be coming back!

Just moved to the area and had a great first experience at this location! I have to say, being in management myself at a pizza restaurant, I was truly impressed by Josh’s accommodating approach and overall great service attitude! Josh is the shift leader at this location and truly showed great customer service! I had been moving all day and after a lengthly order placing event with the PH call center, my order had surpassed the time in which orders were being accepted. I called and talked directly to Josh and he was willing to take my order and have it hot and ready the moment I got there! After moving all day, it was just the kind of relief my family and I needed to recover from a long day! Thanks again Josh for being a great example of what it takes to please customers!

I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews for this place. I’ve never had a bad experience, they always get my order right, and the pizza, especially the stuffed crust is AWESOME! Maybe I’ve just never had«real» pizza, but until then, ignorance is bliss, and I love ordering from here!

I originally gave this Pizza Hut 3 Stars, because their pizza really sucks(all pizza in Austin sucks), but their customer service was actually pretty good which made tolerating a mediocre pizza not so bad. But wow… who peed in their Cheerios today? Yikes! I was having issues ordering online and through the tele-center, so I was transferred directly to the store. They were really rude and not helpful at all. I don’t really like their pizza, so no big deal there, but sometimes I was in the mood for so-so pizza. No more.

Inconsistent. Good about 30% of the time.

First of all, why do these jokers charge $ 2.00 for extra cheese? The deal was for a 5 topping pizza for $ 10.00. I only wanted pepperoni and extra cheese but that didn’t matter, Pizza Hut wanted an extra $ 2.00 for some crappy cheese. Since they never put enough cheese I begrudgingly paid the extra money. I arrive at the store and it shows my order as ready on the screen. The person at the cash register was dirty looking(not from working in a restaurant) and hadn’t shaved in days. Some people can carry off the stubble look, but this guy just looked homeless. I walk in and no one says a word… I’m made to wait in silence while he cashes out two drivers(one of which came in AFTER me). What a bitch move. I pay for my pizza and he brings it back and shoves it across the counter without a word and walks away. There should be a rule: you can’t be gross AND rude. From the drivers and managers hygiene practices I knew I wouldn’t want them to remake a pizza so I didn’t even look at the pizza, I headed home. Once I got there I was pretty pissed to see my $ 2.00 of extra cheese was pretttty much burnt up. Pizza cheese shouldn’t have *any* black marks on it, and you would think these jokers would know that by now. Never again.

Employees were nice and friendly. But the pizza itself was a let down. Will stick to Dominos.

I usually only order Pizza Hut. THis pizza hut is the closest to my place and my last order was not at all good. They did not cook the crust well and also messed up my order.

Wow… I just got off of the phone from ordering. I know it IS Saturday night and all, but I got their customer extended service agent in Dallas instead, since they were overly busy tonight. It took((((20 minutes)))) to order 1MEDIUMPIZZA. I kid you not. No offense to the location here, I’m sure this has nothing to do with them. Their pizza are always delicious and always prompt. But 20 minutes to discuss my best options for a 4 topping pizza??? Seriously, I don’t think it is necessary. I was rubbing my forehead holding back my impatience, but stayed very friendly to the agent… but it was hard. 3STARS — All for the awesome THINCRUST pizza deliciousness.

I’m at the Pizza Hut…(what?) I’m near a Taco Bell(what?) I’m at the combination Pizza Hut and… Ummm wings… Place. D’oh! Oh well, I was hoping that would be a catchier tune… But I don’t think it’ll ever catch on. However, this place is exactly what I expect from Pizza Hut — expensive, greasy pizza!

I don’t know what it is with all these darn pizza spots but I really wish they would offer more than Pepsi and their sucky brand. I understand that corporate probably has a contract, but it keeps me away from ordering at Pizza Hut. Good pizza, but no drinky… no money from me! GETSOMEFREAKINGCOKEPRODUCTS!!!

Well, I haven’t been in this pizza hut for years. I remember you used to be able to sit and dine. About two years ago(according to the front desk girl) they changed to a carry-out and delivery service only location. I went in and ordered a medium, candadian bacon pizza on hand-tossed crust. If you go before 6pm, you pay $ 6.50 for it. Not a bad deal. My pizza was hot and delicious. I only waited approximately 15 minutes after ordering. The reason I only gave this location three stars is because when I walked in a few people walked by the front cash register and never even greeted me. No one tried to take my order. I stood around hoping for someone with a lick of customer service skills. No dice. I had to yell to the back of the place for someone to help me. Even so, I still like the food. May be a few years before I go back. Who knows?

Well, this location will be ending their dine-in service this month, so bye bye buffet. For what it’s worth, I had a decent experience both times I ate the buffet here. The food was exactly what I expected from a Pizza Hut buffet, and they made a special pizza for me both times, based on my request. If you don’t particularly care for Pizza Hut’s pizza, then the rest of the food on the buffet certainly won’t make up for it and you should definitely skip it.
