Don’t buy from here. I purchased a very expensive dryer from here. My sister smelled gas coming from it and called 311. Firemen confirmed that the dryer had an incredibly small gas leak, but nonetheless, it was definitely still leaking gas. Because it was installed improperly. I turned off the gas to be safe and stopped using the dyer. When I called Pacific Kitchen & Home, they referred me to their 800 number. The 800 number referred me back to Pacific Kitchen since it had been longer than 30 days. When I spoke with someone from Pacific, they informed me it would be $ 75 since it had been longer than 30 days. So, in effect, even though their service people did not connect my dryer properly, I am being charged extra because I couldn’t smell the gas before the first month was over. LG, the manufacturer also states they won’t fix the connection. To make matters even worse, before I knew there was a gas leak, the dryer occasionally stop working. The clothes were still wet after running for a load. When I called LG, they informed me that if the dryer connector was not an LG connect, that would possibly void my warranty. Turns out, the store sold me an Electrolux connector. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I’ve never purchased expensive appliances before, but next time, I’ll try someone who has actually has some positive reviews.

We bought an oven and they scheduled it for delivery in two weeks. Two weeks later they call and confirm they are coming tuesday. Tuesday comes and they don’t come, we call and they said that there was a mistake and they would have it next week. Next week came and nothing, we called and they told us that next week. We decided to go to the store to see what happened and the guy said they sold it to someone who walked in so they had to order another for us??? Just pathetic to play a customer around like that with a $ 1,000+ order that was already payed for. We cancelled the order, don’t do business with them.
