I am very disappointed. ITech was recommended by a friend and I believe she had a good experience, but we did not. We had repair work done and within a day the device started malfunctioning. The problem was going to cost another $ 100.00 and the owner/​manager accused us of not caring for the device. He was rude, put words in my mouth, talked over me and would not let me explain the situation. I simply believed that the problem was missed when the device was in for the initial repair. He instantly went on the offensive, I was shocked that I was spoken to that way over the phone. Very poor customer service. An honest, «I’m sorry this happened,» would have been better than, «The device was not properly taken care of.» Now we have a non-​working 5thG iPod that we paid $ 100.00 for repairs that worked for 24 hours and now does not work at all. My husband did not work for 4 months, is now making ¹⁄₃ of his previous income. The money could have been better spent, instead it was wasted.

Pathetic company. Wasted my time and broke my phone, still charged me for their services. Owner was rude and threated me over the phone. Bunch of jokers that work here. Don’t waste your time or your money, go elsewhere for repairs.

Wow this place is pathetic. They have moved to Burnet Road so please be careful. I have not been scammed this bad in years. I spent over one hundred dollars trying to have my Ipod fixed and took it back twice under «warranty». It NEVER worked. I finally gave up as they wanted more money to honor the «warranty. They are rude and useless. I hope they are replaced by a reputable business…
