Never have I experienced such service and enthusiasm. I wandered into ITC in search of a different computer repair store which no longer exists. As soon as I realized I had misstepped I prepared to leave but the salesman at the counter quickly offered to assist me. I gave in and explained that I was in need of a charger for my computer, a pretty simple request, but they went above and beyond. Not only did they provide me with what I needed but they gave me a free mug and stress ball and we shared some genuine laughs. This happy accident, ending up in ITC, was oddly fulfilling and it changed the course of my whole day.

Well my motherboard broke. I guess Asus laptops can’t handle the heat of Austin. I found ITC and they were able to replace the motherboard. The diagnostic fee was the cheapest in town. The stupid motherboard cost an arm and a leg but that’s just how much the part cost. Not their fault. They also were nice enough to look at an SD card I couldn’t retrieve data from for no additional charge so that was very nice of them. I hope I don’t have to but should I need something repaired again I’ll most likely call them.

My experience was quite frustrating, at first. However, after speaking in great detail with the supervisor; I soon realized that my image of the company, in relation to this issue I was having, was far from the truth.
Overall, the staff is kind and quite knowledgable about their products.
If an issue is to ever come about, I suggest you speak with management who is more than willing to exceed the expectations of their clientele. Thank you Eric Sanchez for reaching out to me and assuring I was well taken care of! I will most definitely be back in the future!

Eric helped me grow my business. He really knows his stuff and I choose to work with him because he is knowledgeable and gets straight to the point. I was skeptical at first because he was the first and only company I spoke with. But after he built and got my website on the first page of google search results, I knew I had chosen the right company! ITC delivered results. I’ve used them to build my website and perform seo for my business. In addition Eric supplied me with several referrals for other services i needed which helped me save s money.

After searching high and low for someone who could replace her cracked laptop screen (apparently one of her beast of a dog thought it made a nice place to lay down on) we found IT Conflict. They did a good job and were reasonably priced. Then the laptop stopped working and we had to bring it back to them. Well IT Conflict found that the bearings were somewhat dirty. They cleaned them off for just the price of the diagnostic test.

My child had spilled water on my laptop and I was frantic to extract all of my saved photos and documents from a dead laptop. Eric was able to recover my data and in no time. He is professional and very patient. I highly recommend these guys!
