Highway Heroes

Mostly out of business as of 10÷10÷15. Really nice guy answered the phone to say that.

Highway Heroes are nothing short of their name. Today, when I arrived at work I realized I had a flat tire. I called roadside assistance and the lady said she will call near by shops to see if they could help me out. After 30 minutes of trying to find anyone willing to help me the lady said everyone else doesn’t have time to drive an hour out of their way just to change a flat tire, except one place– Highway Heroes. After setting up a time a man called me to insure that he will come to help. He was amazing at communicating with me and giving me updates to how long he will be. The truly heroic part is when he said his GPS told him it will take him 55 minutes to reach me. Two hours round trip, just to change a flat. If it wasn’t for Highway Heroes, the next two to three days would be disastrous, waiting for someone to come out with me to help. Really, thank you Highway Heroes!

Needed a jump start very late after work today ~8pm. Highway Heroes was a lifesaver! I called a few other services (most of which were closed or who wanted an arm and a leg for after-​hours assistance). The guy was quick, courteous, and affordable. Highly recommend!!!

My car didn’t start one morning when I was leaving for work. I contacted Highway Heroes and they sent out Marcus, who promptly got there in 20 – 30 minutes. He gave my car a jumpstart and informed me that I should have my battery tested/​replaced. We are native Californians and Marcus also informed me that the car batteries are made differently in TX, because of the weather. I drove my car straight to an Autozone and replaced the battery immediately. I have not had a problem since. Thank you Marcus!

Wow! These guys were truly my heroes today! My car battery died on me and after calling 311, my insurance company and racking my brain over what to do I searched and found these guys. I called, they came… QUICKLY! I highly recommend them!
