I didn’t had the needs for any plumbing myself, but I saw his work at a friends house and Doug did a great job.
He worked on the weekend as my friend never has time over the week and he even gave him free advice how to get manufacture upgrades for free.
Yes I didn’t know that there is such things for toilets but I am not in the business.
My friend doesn’t use Unilocal,so I though I have to write here and rate this company.
This company isn’t in my area but I know they would give me free phone support in case I have a problem, so I know how expensive the repair would be and what I have to look for when I choose a local company.

LUV Sierra Plumbing! Doug Berryann is Great! He is personable, polite, and professional. His truck and equipment were clean and well maintained. He did several diagnostic procedures and was at my home for almost two hours during which he thoroughly discussed options and issues. Here is the surprise — He did this at no cost! He said that since he did not fix the problem that day (per my request), he did not feel right charging. Wow! That is Customer Service. Subsequently we have had more discussions and I have continued to be impressed by his diligence, concern, and attention to detail. He has also been exceptionally proactive at finding cost effective solutions. Five Stars!!!
