Let me preface by saying I have not used the services of this company. But I already feel my privacy has been a bit invaded. I received a letter in the mail from this company, addressed to my maiden name, but with my correct address. They wanted to know if I owned a specific type of property in a specific area, as they had interested buyers. I do not own or live in that neighborhood, but I often drive to that neighborhood’s park to exercise my dog. At first, I was unsure why I received the letter, especially as it was addressed to a name I no longer use. Then it hit me. My car is still registered in my maiden name. The only way I can think of that they could have made a connection between my current address, maiden name and that neighborhood is that they are running license plate numbers of cars in the area and sending desperate attempts to find properties. I know they have not done anything illegal. What they used is public information. I hope I’m just being paranoid. But it is certainly creepy to think that this company tracks cars at a local park. If I’m wrong, I do wonder how they got my info.

My fiancé and I worked with Paula Jo Pierce and she was very rude and intrusive. We are shopping for luxury homes and we wanted to be be moved in as quickly as possible. We were prepared to make a cash offer. Our realtor contacted Paula Jo Pierce and told her we were interested in looking at one of her houses. She demanded a proof of funds letter. We thought she had some doubts because we are young and looking at an expensive home, so we thought that the request was feasible. But that wasn’t not good enough! She wanted to know the name and locations of his businesses, a copy of our drivers licenses, she wanted to know how he got his money and where it was invested in. We felt this was very intrusive and too personal. She wanted to know all that information just for a house showing!!! Frankly my fiancé was very offended. Just because he is young he can’t be very successful? It was truly a case of age discrimination. It is very unfortunate that she was so rude and refused to show us the home It was actually under our budget we had set for house shopping, and it included so many things. I am sure the owner of the house would have loved to sell it and we were prepared to make a quick cash deal for a home. They really missed out.
