It is a mobile service — they come to you which is great. They did a great job of repairing my iPhone 3GS. However, the only reason I am rating them as low as I am is because I am trying to take advantage of their 6-​month warranty that is advertised on their website (
), have it in an email and was verbally told my the guy that did the repair. In the past two weeks I have sent several emails and left a couple voice mail messages. None have been returned. I tried to call earlier today and the voice mail is not accepting messages. I hope they have a good explanation as to why emails and voice mail messages are not being returned.
