If you asked about a year and half ago I would have given this place five stars but since the rise of rent (even though there are other complexes nearby now), the shady amount of people they’ve let it (more neighbor issues have occurred), and rise in infestation issues, I can no longer say they are that great. After this year I will probably be moving after this year’s lease, unless a major overhaul is done, which is sad because they are near a great neighborhood, library, park, and hiking trail. :(

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have NUMEROUS reasons as to why and feel free to email or call and I can call and explain everything. (512) 632‑8870. Their management is AWFUL and don’t care at all about their tenants. Also be prepared to be cheated out money that they have covered in the lease in various ways. There is too much to type out, but I will certainly share my terrible experiences since living here the past 9 months. I am a professional person and have never been treated so poorly by a place I live and am paying way too much for.
