You want frames? Frames are here. You want oiled-up beach bodies and some rockin’ Kenny Loggins tunes? Not happening.

Always use the coupon if you can but know they are sort of a sham I let the customer service rep ring me up and then provided a 50% off coupon on custom framing. They sort of stuttered on their words then told me the 50% off wasn’t off the price they gave me but some other list price. Not their fault they were helpful and just following company policy. The final price quoted was only 16 percent off. About a 100 dollar difference. Seems silly and like deceptive marketing. Gave it two stars because the customer service rep was really helpful and very nice. Just following crummy company policy

Justin and crew went out of their way when I lost a receipt. Not only did they have to go digging for it, they found it and gave me a prompt call to come get it. They were courteous and professional. Thanks. Oh, yeah, they have a great selection of frames and art supplies.

Good selection of off the shelf frames and mostly helpful staff. Prices are right only when there is a XX% off or some coupon/sale. Not sure how their custom framing is as I’ve never used them.

Aaron Brothers was very close to a one star, but the last 20 minutes of my visit was saved by the one helpful employee out of the 15 working. Decent prices when they have the buy one get one free sale, but I can’t imagine spending my money there if they weren’t having a sale. The shelves were messy and the products were all over the place, a true test of my patience. All I needed were three matching frames, three different sizes. Not too complicated?!? One hour later, I finally found my frames, paid and got out!

We had a large order of mats and frames, and although the salespeople were very nice and knowledgeable, we received incorrectly cut mats. We’ve had to return several times to get our frames and mats because none of them knew what/where our complete order was, & we didn’t know anything was missing until we got home. Still have to go back and get new mats for the incorrect ones, and was also charged for a mat that we didn’t even need. The frames are nice, and you should go there to get a mat or two made, but don’t try to do a large order with them. They can’t seem to keep track of what they’re selling you.

Nice frames, lots of really simple classic ones with not so much of the goopy pseudo-period stuff. They have excellent sales. They’re running a buy one, get one(almost) free deal right now, really good bargain. The salespeople are helpful but not pushy.

I went here last night to frame this poster I bought in London and despite the fact that they were closing in forty-five minutes AND that they were helping the loudest couple in history I received excellent service. Sean, one of the people working at that late hour actually knew where I had bought my poster and had framed two of these specific posters previously. Crystal, the other person on duty that night, helped me select a frame and cut out a custom mat — all in under fifteen minutes. Pretty much one of the better experiences I’ve had a frame shop. There was no, «Oh, that mat’s not in stock» or the furious attempt to up-sell. There was just pleasantness and lovely people and my walking out the door satisfied.
