RUN — DO NOT WALK away from this place.
If you buy a pool from them it is installed by their ‘service department’ but they take no responsibility. The head of the service department, Wulf Vance, acknowledged that my pool was installed incorrectly and promised to fix it. I chased him for 1 ½ years, called him and the store dozens of times to no avail. Seeing that pool in my yard makes me feel sick and I want it gone.
Finally I tell them, fine, don’t fix it, just make it go away so I don’t have to see it every day. Well, for that they will have to charge me. I didn’t even want to ask how much they would charge me for that.
Complete and utter disaster. Save yourself the hassle and the heartache.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The carry a large variety of spas and pools. They also carry Maxx Spa’s which is a fantastic brand. It is an appliance grade spa that, from past experience, is one of the best in the industry. It also has a 110 outlet option for smaller spaces and lower electrical issues.
