Hamilton

I use Hamilton for there Internet only, and it is the only service around. The whole time we have had it the only thing we have had is problems. Their Internet is shit. They have very bad customer service, and never show up on time.
If you need Internet yourself spend the extra money for a different company. It is just a waste of money and your time to dick around with Hamilton.

I actually wouldn’t give this even one star but I have to in order to post this review.
I currently use Hamilton for phone and internet but not for much longer, for several reasons. The customer service is atrocious. I have had to call «tech support» several times recently and after the usual condescending questions (did you try turning it off and back on?), they proceeded to blame me for a problem that I was able to prove was the fault of shoddy equipment. They then threatened to charge me for multiple modems since their crappy brand (zhone) keeps failing. All while refusing to fix the actual problem. If that wasn’t enough, I have to deal with unreliable internet connections and a download speed only marginally faster than a snails pace. And God forbid you have multiple users trying to access the DSL at the same time… you might as well get comfy because everything is going to take days if thats the case.
